Overall the stay was beautiful and quiet. Nice staff and lovely accommodations and I love that there’s an AC split.
Pros:

The property is centrally located and secure. Beautiful and clean. The front desk is nice too. I would’ve given this a five star stay if the WiFi worked better.

Cons:

I wish the WiFi connection worked and that the main area where guests sit didn’t get wet from the rain. It needs a better cover.

Excelente opción en el Centro.
Pros:

La ubicacón es excelente, el hotel es agradable y bien cuidado. Tiene estacionamiento alado (un gran ventaja sobre el resto de los hoteles del centro de QRO). Las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño con buenos amenities (jabones y shampoo). Ambiente acogedor y agradable.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la experiencia poniendo blackouts. Tambén comentar que hubo una ocasión en la que dejé el aviso de hacer limpieza desde las 8 am y cuando regrese alrededor de las 3 pm la habitación aún no había sido atendida

Great stay in a good location!
Pros:

The location is great, within walking distance to many attractions, public transportation, coffee places and restaurants. Staff are very nice. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Cons:

The shower drain was not working properly so water accumulated.

El lugar en general es agradable, tranquilo, no hay bullicio alguno.

Cons:

La presión del agua es muy buena, pero en la regadera al no tener una puerta o cortina, el agua se salía del área de ducha.

Aunque la habitación es cómoda, los espacios son reducidos.

Cons:

I booked an executive suite and the room #11 was slightly larger than a closet. Next morning they moved us to a larger room which was fine but did not look like the photos. Very little hot water for showers and the internet was very slow. The front desk was not able to call us a taxi when departing
