The staff were amazing. Knew us before we checked in, free wine and cocktail on arrival and gift on leaving
The hotel has wonderful views on the sea but is located at the top of a hill so is a 15 min walk to town

La suite avec piscine privée est en fait une simple chambre : pas de coin salon, pas de bureau, pas de nécessaire à repasser
La piscine privée était sale : il a fallu réclamer son nettoyage, de plus le pisciniste activait le moteur le soir à 21 heures avec remplissage d'eau = j'ai du intervenir pour faire cesser la nuisance à plusieurs reprises

The location is good and staff very friendly, especially Marios from the breakfast buffet- top. For the facilities they had thought of everything.

The water from the tap flowed only brown from the warm side. I only washed with cold water. The room was clean wenn we arrived, but the next day it was just swept away with a broom, nothing else, i just tolerated it and I told by the reception ( the blonde woman) to at least clean the pool outside.
The next day was no one came to clean the room, change the towels, or clean the pool. This made me very angry. I had to call the reception again. I didn’t even try the pool for the one that I paid for. The Wifi connection is very bad, it has been disconnected many times.
Pool looked nice although it was too cold to use during our stay. Some staff were friendly and one woman who worked in the breakfast area was particularly helpful to my friend who has trouble walking. Decent selection at breakfast.
One of the staff members (with glasses) was particularly odd and off putting. My friend was given a room with no heat or hot water. After much insistence, he was finally moved to a room with heat but it still had no hot water. His room also had a cockroach on the sheets. The staff at the front desk do not seem to know what they are doing.
De service van Marios bij het ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijke staf,( echt iedereen). Schoonmaak was prima ( m.u.v. privézwembad). Wel wat issues rondom onderhoud. Heerlijk groot privé terras met veel zon en fijne ligbedden (kamer 303)
Werking airco, vies privé zwembad. Wifi viel uit bij veel wind. Alles is na het doorgeven wel goed opgelost. Onderhoud zwembad, scheur in pleisterwerk ( buiten en binnen) en schuine spiegel die we zelf niet recht konden hangen. Warm water was lichtbruin..
L’accueil du personnel très chaleureux, serviable et très efficace ! La proximité avec le centre de Mykonos et de l’aéroport ! L’hôtel est très beau et « familial », piscine extérieur, salle de sport au top.
Malheureusement les piscines étaient très froides, non chauffées, et celle dans la suite privée n’avait pas été nettoyée… présence également de cafard au sein des extérieurs qui se faufile dans la chambre par la porte. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus diversifié, et les prix des boissons moins excessif pour les clients de l’hôtel.

We were really impressed by the level of hospitality we received, and it’s one of the main reasons we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our first Mykonos trip such a memorable one!
