הכניסה דרך תחנת דלק וחומוסיה,
בכללי כל התמונות שבבוקינג מתאר כמלון בתאילנד !
המלון מוזנח, אולי חלקו משופץ אבל גם המעליות מגיעות לשום מקום במסגרת השיפוץ.
עברנו שלושה חדרים
בראשון- חרא של יונים בכל המרפסת ברמה שאי אפשר לפתוח!
השני- ישן ומוזר
השלישי- לאחר שביקשנו לבטל ולקבל החזר כספי- חרגולים מתים הפוכים, קירות שבורים, כל הספות מטונפות
וזה היה בדיוק שהמנקה יצאה מהחדר…
הזיה!!!!

הגענו למלון בערב יום שבועות, אחרי נסיעה ארוכה עם שני ילדים קטנים.

בלובי הסתובבו חתולים, בשירותים בלובי לא היה נייר. אחלה קבלת פנים.

שהגעתי אל הנציג בלובי ומסרתי את שמי, הנציג השיב בקרירות שאין הזמנה על שמי ושבטח אני מתבלבלת וזאת הזמנה על שם בעלי. התעקשתי שההזמנה על שמי, הוא התעקש שאקרא לבעלי. אחרי שהראיתי לו את ההזמנה באתר בוקינג, את מספר ההזמנה ואת שמי המלא הוא השיב שיש תקלה עם אתר בוקינג (?) ושאין את ההזמנה במערכת המלון.
הנציג לא עשה דבר, לא הקים הזמנה חדשה, לא שאל אם נרצה להישאר במלון בכל זאת (באתר בוקינג עדיין היה רשום שיש מקום במלון) ולא יצר קשר עם בוקינג. הוא הגיב שזאת בעייה שלי שהזמנתי דרך בוקינג והמלון שלו לא עובד עם בוקינג. הזייה. שעה 1730, אני עם 2 ילדים קטנים, אחת בוכה.

0 שירותיות. אנחנו לא נגיע לשם יותר לעולם.
נסענו למלון פסטורל בכפר בלום, היה מעולה.

חויה מפתיעה .באני בלי ציפיות והיה סבבה לגמרי

האתר שלכם מאד לא ידידותי למי שרוצה לשנות את ההזמנה או לבטל. שלחו לנו את מה שמגע לנו, ואפילו פיצוי.

לא הייתה ארוחת בוקר. היה רק חדר. לא שירותים נוספים. אתם לקחתם מאיתנו מחר עבור ארוחת בוקר ואילצתם אותנו לשלם עבורה . לדעתי, וגם אנשי המלון אמרו לנו שעליכם להחזיר לנו את מחר הארוחה לשניים. אם היינו מגיעים ישירות למלון, זה לא היה קורה.

עליכם לשפר את השירות שלכם. עליכם לבדוק מה אתם מוכרים ללקוח. היינו במלון משעה 21 בלילה עד הבוקר בלבד ושילמנו את המחיר שביקשתם, בגלל עייפות וחוסר יכולת לתקשר עם האתר שלכם.
