Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen (wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel)
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Strand, egal wo man sitzt sieht man auf das Meer. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist frisch und Abwechslungsreich. Auch Essenswünsche werden angenommen und umgesetzt. Man kann sich sehr gut erholen.

Amazing relaxing way to finish our family vacation in Crete
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful new hotel. With only around 80 rooms, it feels very peaceful, relaxed and never overcrowded. The staff were absolutely lovely - always so kind, polite, attentive and happy to help.

I would definitely recommend booking half board. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and we really enjoyed the live music in the evenings. As the hotel is quite isolated and there aren’t really any other places to eat nearby, half board was definitely the right choice for us.

The location is beautiful and perfect if you’re looking to relax and get away from everything. You will need a car if you want to explore more of the area, though.

We were very kindly upgraded to a room with a private pool, with a fantastic view. That said, I’m not sure I would personally pay extra for a pool room, simply because the main hotel pool and the beach are both so beautiful.

Overall, a gorgeous, peaceful hotel with excellent food, wonderful staff and a lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!

Outstanding staff, spotless new rooms, and a beautiful beach - exactly what a holiday should be.
Pros:

The staff, above everything else. Warm, attentive, and genuinely glad to help with anything - it was my wife's birthday and they upgraded our room without us even asking. Rooms are new, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The beach and the sea are beautiful, and the whole property is kept in perfect condition. Five nights felt like a proper holiday from the first minute.

Pros:

Sehr moderne und schöne Zimmer, direkt am Strand, abwechslungsreiches Buffet mit lokalen Speisen. Yoga Kurs am Morgen.

Cons:

Der Spabereich besteht nur aus einer kleinen 2 personen Sauna und einem winzigen Hamam.

Schöner Pool aber leider keine besonders schöne Aussicht vom Pool

Ok for 5 star hotel, but not exceptional
Pros:

We had an overall very pleasant stay. The hotel is modern, relatively small and never felt overcrowded, which we really appreciated. The beach is right in front of the hotel, there were always enough sunbeds, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location is also convenient if you have a car and want to explore this part of Crete.

Cons:

for a 5-star hotel in this price range, we expected a little more attention to detail. The room was comfortable and cleaning was good, but not noticeably better than what we have experienced in good 4-star hotels. The air conditioning was sometimes difficult to regulate, and the beach area around the sunbeds could be maintained a little better, particularly by clearing some of the stones from the sand.

None of these issues were significant enough to negatively affect our holiday, and overall we enjoyed our stay. It is a very good resort, but considering the price and 5-star positioning, there is still some room for improvement in the small details that make a truly excellent 5-star experience.

One small suggestion: asking guests to rate the hotel as part of the Wi-Fi connection process is probably not the best approach. When several family members are simply trying to get online quickly, it is very easy to click through the rating screen without paying attention, so the resulting score may not reflect the guest’s actual experience.

It was just ok for the 5 star hotel (with a lot of small bumps)
Pros:

Hotel was pretty small and that is why it was not overcrowded. Same for the beach, it was very comfortable
Variety of food, and it was tasty
The location if you want to explore north part of the island
Evening live music

Cons:

I don’t know how according to all the 10 score review that could happen, but our experience was not ideal (but not so bad at the same time though). Maybe the team changed, but there were a lot of things that should/could be improved
1. Service in general: they were responsive to every issue we had but the problem was that we constantly had issues we should complain about
2. Room cleaning: missing towels, missing coffee machine, not working scales, not cleaned cups or champagne glasses (the hotel offers complimentary bottle and after our usage the glasses were staying on the same place during the whole stay). We had 2 rooms and e.g one room got the complimentary sweets, the other not; in one room they took glasses, in the other - no. One room was conditioned before our check in, the other - no, and it was so uncomfortable
3. Dinner service: they didn’t had a table for 5. Every time we were waiting for the table to be served for us. There was only one bigger table that could suit us but as there no booking system you could choose any, so, that table was occupied from time to time by only two persons. One day a waiter didn’t allowed us to seat where we wanted until the question “can we seat here?” The response was “yes”. Later they merged two small tables and it was the best option. Main waiters/managers also were not attentive to details (forgot to ask about drink order or to mark our wine to save it for the next day, we reminded twice, but the other day it took some to find it). So, it was always something. Also, the premium wine they offer for 60+€ you can buy for 14€ at the store… I understand that is the hotel, but still believe that the difference is too much
4. They took the minibar and stopped the room service the day before we should left. Regarding the minibar their response was “people leave at night and can not to pay for the minibar”. Never experienced such approach in different hotels

Labs novietojums. Patīkams personāls. Smilšu pludmale ar nedaudz akmeņiem. Bezmaksas guļamie pludmalē. Bezmaksas stāvvieta un nav tālu no ciemata centra, kur var atrast tavernas un veikalus, ja liekas, ka kaut kas trūkst.

Cons:

Nedaudz dīvaini, ka vakariņās arī ūdens ir par papildus maksu, Lai gan dienas laikā numurā nomaina 2 litrīgās ūdens pudeles pa velti.
