Pros:

スタッフがみんな親切で丁寧でした。タオルは白くフワフワで、ベッドも綺麗で快適でした。よく寝れました。
カフェスペースも、使いやすかったです。
アメニティも充実していました。

Pros:

初めての滞在でしたが、とても素晴らしかったです。部屋は清潔で明るく、1階には無料のコーヒーバーと便利な喫煙エリアがありました。フロントのスタッフは親切で対応も丁寧でした。近くに地下鉄の駅が3つあり、特に空港直通バスがすぐ近くにあるので、移動がとても便利です。本当に良い滞在でした。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

Mình tới Tokyo để công tác và tình cờ thấy khách sạn . Một khách sạn đủ để lưu trú và nghỉ ngơi nhẹ ở Tokyo tuy diện tích tiết kiệm nhưng các cơ sở vất chất rất mới , phòng dọn sạch sẽ và nhân viên cũng rất niềm nở vui vẻ . Có cả người Việt Nam mình . Rất vui và tiện lợi khi lưu trú và mong rằng tương lai ghé thăm Tokyo sẽ lưu trú dài hơn và có thể trải nhiệm thêm các dịch vụ khác nữa . Thêm chút thông tin là có tiệm cà phê nhỏ tầng 1 có phục vụ cà phê , nước ngọt cho khách lưu trú và hoàn toàn miễn phí , đó là một điểm cộng .

Pros:

I booked this hotel because a friend highly recommended it, saying the location was excellent and the service was great. It is about a 4-minute walk from Suitengumae Station, and there are three subway lines nearby, making it very convenient to get around Tokyo.

Although the room is not very large, it is clean, comfortable, and has the typical feel of a Japanese business hotel. Considering the excellent location, the room size is perfectly reasonable.

The hotel also provides complimentary coffee and soft drinks, and there is a microwave available if you want to heat up food from a convenience store or supermarket. Within a two-minute walk, you’ll find several convenience stores and a supermarket, which makes everything very convenient.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Tokyo.

Pros:

地下鉄から比較的に近かった

Cons:

テレビなくプロジェクターで、前に宿泊されたであろう中国人の設定のままで中国語セットままで、操作できず、おいてあるマニュアルも分かりにくい。
おまけに、ダウンライト照明真下にプロジェクターを映し出すたま、真っ白で最悪。
部屋も無理やり、2つベッドおいているので、狭くてしょうがなかった。

Cons:

スタッフが外国人さんで、対応がつたなく、
荷物の往復便の理解がされておらず、　帰り際には荷物を置いていくことを拒否されました。
心配になり、宅配会社にこちらから連絡しました。事前に荷物を送ることも伝え、返事をいただいたので、
分かっていただいているかとおもっていました。
届けられた荷物は、誰でもさわれるような場所に置いてあり、びっくりしました。

洗濯機の説明を最初にして欲しかった、日本人がいて欲しかった、翻訳機の仕様上かもしれないが「煩わしい」という単語は極力使わないで欲しい
