The location of hotel is very nice. Staff is wonderful.
Centrally located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just steps from the Grand Bazaar and other key amenities. The owner and staff were remarkably accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. The building itself is stunning, featuring a regal interior design, and everything is kept exceptionally clean and well-managed.

Everything was wonderful! I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
We encountered insects in the rooms, repeated bite-like skin lesions and severe itching, and had to change rooms. The problems continued even during our final night. We documented the conditions with photographs and videos and preserved captured insects.
At one point our belongings and necessary medication became inaccessible in a closed room. There were also serious problems with hot water and basic room supplies.
The hotel initially wrote to us: “We will refund you, including the days you stayed.” It later withdrew that offer because we remained until the scheduled end of our paid reservation.
The most positive part was one kind and helpful member of the reception staff, whom we sincerely thank.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Életünk egyik legrosszabb szállodai tapasztalata volt.
Rovarokat tapasztaltunk a szobákban, ismételten csípésszerű bőrelváltozások és súlyos viszketés jelentkezett, és szobát is kellett váltanunk. A problémák még az utolsó éjszakánkon is folytatódtak. A körülményeket fényképekkel és videókkal dokumentáltuk, a befogott rovarokat pedig megőriztük.
Egy időre személyes tárgyaink és szükséges gyógyszereink is hozzáférhetetlenné váltak egy lezárt szobában. Emellett komoly problémák voltak a melegvízzel és az alapvető szobai ellátással is.
A Hotel először írásban ezt közölte velünk: „Visszatérítjük a pénzüket, beleértve azokat a napokat is, amelyeket már a szállodában töltöttek.” Később visszavonták ezt az ajánlatot, mert a kifizetett foglalásunk rendes végéig a Hotelben maradtunk.
Az egyetlen igazán pozitívum a recepció egyik kedves és segítőkész munkatársa volt, akinek őszintén köszönjük a segítségét.
Saját tapasztalataink alapján ezt a Hotelt nem tudjuk ajánlani.
