La animación infantil, la habitación amplia y agradable, zonas comunes para descansar o tomar un café. Playa a 2 minutos andando.

Comenzamos con:
Poca presión de agua en el baño.
La comida muy poca variedad, el bar caro.
El entretenimiento por la noche muy a mejorar.
Espacios cercanos a piscinas muy descuidados.

Nos encantó ,
-el buffet variedad y nunca faltaba nada .
-la animación de 10.
-habitacion e instalaciones limpias

Creo que faltan hamacas para la gente que había eran excusas ,muchas personas tenían que quedarse en el bar sentados en sillas ,ya que otros madrugaban para coger hamacas y creo que si vas de vacaciones no es para estar pensando en madrugar para coger sitio.

Volveremos!
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, limpias y cómodas.
Las piscinas ideales para los niños y están muy bien ubicadas para la independencia de los niños.
Todo muy limpio.
El personal maravilloso, siempre con su sonrisa, dispuestos a ayudar y muy amables.
Y lo mejor, nuestra mascota pudo venir con nosotros.
La animación y el campo de fútbol maravilloso también.

Cons:

Por poner algo, la comida del buffet.
No había hamacas o sitios con sombras para todos.
La nevera de la habitación apenas enfriaba y era demasiado pequeña.

Todo!! Nuestra estancia fue genial. El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son cómodas y las instalaciones están muy cuidadas. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue el equipo de animación. Queremos destacar especialmente a Ionela, que hizo que la estancia fuera mucho más divertida con su simpatía, energía y atención, te da la sensa de ser familia!!! Quieren a los niños de una manera especial!! Si volvemos es por ella y sus compañeros!!! Es una gran profesional!

La zona exterior para los niños, la amplitud de las camas y comodidad.

Cons:

No funcionó el aire acondicionado durante casi dos días. Los horarios de comidas sobretodo el de cena creo que no está adaptado a las costumbres españolas, terminaba a las 22H y si vas con niños después de ir a la playa y demás te ves muy apurado para llegar.
