El trato del personal de recepción tanto de mañana como de tarde fue espléndido.
Los camareros están super atentos con cada una de las mesas y los platos.
La estancia maravillosa.
No poder estar más días allí de vacaciones...
Instalaciones y el personal
La animación, la playa de enfrente y más piscinas de toboganes
El buffet era bastante regular.
El hotel es 9/10. Excelente para ir en familia, tanto niños como adultos lo pasamos en grande. Las instalaciones están muy bien, habitaciones amplias y modernas. El comedor con gran variedad de comidas. Pero lo que hay que destacar es el espectacular equipo de animación que tienen. Todos los monitores: Ionela, Silvia,Manu,Loli,Rober,Maniya Noelia,Denis, todos hacen que la estancia sea súper entretenida!
La sugerencia que destacaría es que le falta aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes. El momento de el espectáculo nocturno es un poco agobiante por la calor que hace. Te obliga a salir fuera perdiendo visibilidad y participación en el.

De locatie... Niet zo veel te zien in de buurt. (Huur zeker een auto, op 30min rijden echt vele leuke dingen te doen)
Todo estuvo perfecto las comidas del buffet, los toboganes, la habitación el personal excelente, de echo gente maravillosa la que va ahí, mi niño se estaba ahogando en el buffet y una mujer le salvó la vida, gracias de nuevo a esa mujer desde aquí y gracias a todo el hotel
Que el todo incluido acaba a las 11 de la noche cuando no debería de ser asin pero bueno
La zona exterior con la piscina y toboganes, con varios chiringuitos de bebida y comida. Y el personal también muy agradable. La cama bastante cómoda por cierto

El todo incluido, animación, instalaciones que han mejorado desde hace 2 años que estuve. El trato de todo el personal excelente, simpáticos y amables, no da apuro preguntar nada por lo amables que son, sin excepción.
Que la gente deja laa toallas todo el día y muchos de mi alrededor no estaban y eso no me parece bien, si se van a la playa que se laa lleven y dejen para otro. Ya lo comente en recepción
