Cons:

lo me gusto algo menos y llevamos visitando el hotel 5 años seguidos, fue el bufet creo que le falta algo mas comida dirente , zona de plancha muy basica y mucha cola para coger algo.

Établissement avec tout le nécessaire dans les grandes chambres, bon petit déjeuner. Bars en extérieur. Animations.
Cet hôtel est tres bien et je le recommande pour une famille avec enfants car piscines et toboggans pout tous les âges ..

Cons:

Le nettoyage de la terrasse du seef en plein après midi et l eau savonneuse qui s ecoulait sous nos transats et souillait nos sacs posés par terre...

Great for kids but food at dinner was poor
Pros:

The water slides and entertainers were fab for my kids. (7 + 11). The staff were all lovely and friendly. The hotel was clean, the pools were well maintained and life guards were very nice. The rooms were spacious.
The breakfast options were good.

Cons:

The food was crap at dinner and many others said the same. There were hardly any meat options and apart from the same plain cheese pizza there were no options for kids. It was very mediocre for a 4 star. Mainly fish. I wouldn't recommend it, even the desserts were poor. The wine included with dinner was 10% vol and tasted diluted like water.

The water in the machines was not drinkable and tasted chlorinated and bleached. Same water for brushing teeth.

The gym is very basic. 1 treadmill and a couple of weights.
There was no conditioner at all in the bathroom and the shampoo was useless. Again for a 4star, I found this poor quality.

Baja calidad de comidas.
Pros:

Habitaciones muy amplias y limpias.
Buenas instalaciones en general.
El personal muy amable, servicial y muy buena disposicion.
Bien ubicado.

Cons:

El buffet es bastante limitado, muy pequeño para el numero de clientes de este hotel.
La calidad de la comida es bastante baja, tanto en elaboracion como en sabor. Hay platos que no saben a nada y otros bastante malos.
Muy poca variedad en comida, todos los dias se repetia casi todo y mas aun los postres, nada nuevo.

La piscina estuvo cerrada en 3 ocasiones durante nuestra estancia y durante varias horas (encontraron heces en el agua) Esto hizo que el ultimo dia tuviesemos que abandonar las instslaciones antes, ya que el calor sin poder usa la piscina era insoportable.

The beds were great. Lovely big room. Very clean. Good. helpful eception staff and bar staff. Good breakfast selection. No English tv in our room on first night. Was resolved on second day.

Cons:

Poor wifi. Area around the pool needs attention - very rough on the feet. Queues at toasters every morning - get more toasters! 2 is not enough for all your guests. Couldn't understand how to join in the games so.missed them every day. Shingle beach. Thought it was ging to be sandy.

los camaros todos muy simpáticos a excepción de uno que otro pero normal como en todos lados aunque creo que falta personal de camareros ya que no dan a basto y mi única pega el buffet poca variedad de comida mucho embutido y fruta y poca variedad de comida
