Pessoal muito simpático boa comida e actividades para crianças.

Cons:

A praia pena ser de pedras o que dificulta a entrada no mar, podiam fazer uma entrada em madeira para poder aproveitar o mar.

Amazing 4 star hotel, not so great 5 star.
Pros:

The property was great, and we had a great time once we made adjustments to our thinking.

Cons:

What we didn’t like was that it called itself a 5 star property. Even though we had a great time I think it was more of a 4 star experience

Pros:

Hotelul curat, camere spatioase, staff prietenos, piscine mari, curate.
Parcare pentru masini ok.
Servicii decente.

Cons:

Mancarea sub orice critica. Inteleg ca all inclusive este prin definitie mai slab, dar au fost zile in care efectiv n-am avut ce manca.

Amazing stay, great hotel
Pros:

Amazing resort. Super clean with attentive staff. It's one of the best and family friendliest spots I have visited. The restaurants offering food almost the whole day and several bars are located in the facility to provide drinks. We were upgraded to a suite thanks to hotel compliments and the extra room was so well appreciated.
The beach is lovely ( a bit rocky at the beginning but then sandy in the water). Kids club, gym, and all other services like car rentals and tours are available in the hotel. hotel sourrounding area is lovely. The room was quite and nice.

Cons:

Bathroom area in the suite (around shower) can be improved. Some might say beds are a bit soft.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could!
Pros:

The property was 5 stars but the service was SIX stars! We were made to feel like the whole property existed because of us and was so fun and comfortable. Simply the best!

Cons:

We do not have a single complaint!

Juste incroyable
Pros:

Hôtel récent. Super avec des enfants. Tout est super propre. La nourriture est excellente. Le choix est grand. Le kids club est tout neuf avec de super activités éducatives. La surveillante est géniale. Les piscines sont toutes adaptées aux enfants même la grande car les bords ne sont pas profonds. Et c’est génial pour bronzer en les surveillant.

Cons:

Mini disco un peu tard pour les enfants. Manque de fruit au snack de l’après midi.

Excelente hotel para pasar vacaciones familiares
Pros:

Las habitaciones familiares muy comodas (el hotel nos hizo un upgrade a la habitación más grande). La comida muy rica, con mucha elección y diaponibilidad a todas horas. Multiples opciones de deporte, un spa interesante, amplia zona de piscinas y toboganes. Muy recomendable para las familias.

Cons:

El restaurante asiático no nos ha enamorado.

Ihan ok, lapset tykkäsi. Uudestaan ei palata.

Altaat kivoja, kaunis paikka. Paljon eri ruokavaihtoehtoja buffassa.

Cons:

Yleinen meluisuus, hankala myös nukkua tämän vuoksi. Buffassa jotkut ruoat hieman viileitä. Työntekijät ympäriinsä eivät juuri tervehtineet/kohdanneet. Allastuoleja varattu jo hyvin aikaisin aamulla vaikka säännöissä kielletty. Hankala oli välillä vapaata löytää. AI syömisvaihtoehtoihin olisi kaivannut hedelmiä ja raikkautta! Myös alkoholittomia kivoja drinkkejä olisi kiva saada, vaihtoehtoja vain pari vs alkoholilliset. Jalkapalloa ei hotellista löytynyt (eikä hommattu) vaikka useana iltana sitä kaivattiin. Jalis-fanille pettymys. Ostettiin sitten oma, jotta voitiin pallotella.

Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Wszystko nam się podobało, fajne baseny dla dzieci, bardzo dobre jedzenie, wybitna grecka restauracja, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, obsługa nawet odnotowała, że jedno z dzieci miało urodziny podczas pobytu, miła niespodzianka ;)

Wow!
Pros:

We had a great stay at Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort in Crete and would happily return in the future.

From the moment we arrived, we received the hotel welcome we've ever experienced. Maria was absolutely fantastic, taking the time to explain all the hotel amenities and our room while providing drinks, cakes, cookies, and even a toy for our 6-month-old baby. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that immediately made us feel welcome.

We were also delighted to learn that we'd been upgraded to a suite for our stay. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a beautiful outdoor area complete with luxury sun loungers, a table, and chairs. The mini fridge was regularly restocked throughout our stay, which was another nice touch.

The entertainment was good, some nights better than others which is to be expected, with the fire show being a particular highlight. The bar staff were always friendly and accommodating, even making cocktails that weren't on the menu on a couple of occasions.

The resort has two à la carte restaurants – one Greek and one Asian. Unfortunately, they were fully booked throughout the entire duration of our stay when we arrived, so we'd recommend booking these in advance to avoid disappointment. Thankfully, the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to secure us a reservation at the Asian restaurant. The food was excellent, with sushi starters served to the table followed by a buffet-style main meal.

The hotel is extremely family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for those travelling with young children.

A special shout-out also goes to the Scottish hotel representative. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name, but she was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us secure a booking at the Asian restaurant. Her customer service was outstanding.

The buffet food was good for an all-inclusive resort, with a nice variety available.
