Worth it.
Pros:

Nice sized room with kitchenette and washer dryer combo. Huge TV, comfy bed, great view. Lots of great food around without having to go to the malls nearby.

Cons:

Since this isn't a hotel, there's no reception but the Lyfehaus staff are easily contactable via WhatsApp.
