Pros:

A receptividade e a gentileza dos funcionários.

Cons:

Fiz um pedido para alterar a reserva e sai dois dias antes, com o compromisso do administrador do hotel de devolver parte do dinheiro pago. Até hoje não recebi retorno.

Pros:

El personal fue de lo más atento. En recepción existe la posibilidad de traslado a la terminal de cruceros gratis si embarcas en algún crucero. Poseen un restaurante para comidas y cenas, y una bonita terraza para comer, fumar o incluso ver las vistas relajado.

Cons:

La situación, algo que no puede cambiar, es en una zona aparentemente poco favorecida. Eso sí, a apenas 4 minutos a pie de la estación de buses para poder a cualquier parte.

The staff!! They made you feel like you were Family!! And it’s so close to the cruise port that it’s perfect for your night before or after your cruise!
