The staff!! They made you feel like you were Family!! And it’s so close to the cruise port that it’s perfect for your night before or after your cruise!

Cons:

Property is perfect. Colon…not so much lol

The lady at the Reception was super nice and helpful. Even with tips on where to eat

Pros:

A unica coisa boa na acomodação foi o transporte gratuito ao porto

Cons:

1- Mais de 10 baratas no quarto
2- mudamos de quarto e tinham mais baratas no quarto novo, no corredor, no elevador
3- a recepcionista deu desculpa de que teve dedetização “por isso as baratas estão doidinhas”
4- o hotel fica dentro de uma favela (musica alta até 00:00)
