Não gostei de quase q absolutamente tudo. Infelizmente ja tivemos problemas com a chave na entrada, porque não tinha. Ligamos e foi resolvido da forma que foi possível. Chegamos ao quarto tudo mal limpo. Paredes marcadas. Cabeceira da cama toda encardida. Ventilador imundo cheio de poeira. Cortinas do banheiro pretas, banheiro cheio de mofo que parece não ver lixívia a meses. Chão todo arranhado, espelhos sujos. Situação bem precária. Sem falar que no dia de domingo, 12/03, chegamos em casa por volta das 18:40 para nos arrumar para sair novamente, descobrimos que estava sem água. Só soubemos que era algo local por vizinhos porque fiz muitas ligações para o proprietário e NÃO ATENDERAM. Não tivemos nenhum tipo de suporte, tivemos que arrumar nosso jeito e perdemos o horário de reserva do nosso jantar por conta disso. Só nos foi informado por mensagem as 21h da noite que o serviço de água local voltaria as 23h. Tenho print, fotos de tudo que estou dizendo para comprovar. Um absurdo total. Gastar imenso dinheiro pra ficar nessas condições é absurdo. Não recomendaria pra ninguém.
I liked the area and how close the pastry shop was the pastry's were delicious !
It was a bit hard to make our way into the property as the keys were in the wrong place but the manager awnserred the phone and got us in very quickly.

Availability of the staff
The room was much smaller than expected, and there was barely enough space to move our suitcase around. The beds and sheets were clean, but unfortunately the mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were especially poor.
The check-in process could have been much better organized. The front door key was not in the location where we were instructed to find it, and when we finally received it, the lock was stuck. The problem was eventually solved by the staff.
The room also had no air conditioning, and it was extremely hot inside. Although there was a fan, it did not circulate the air effectively, making the room uncomfortable, especially during the night.

Nos tuvieron 3 días con la puerta de la terraza rota. sin ventilación y a 30 grados, vinieron a arreglarla cuando les dijimos que ibamos a poner una reclamación, si no, ni venian a arreglarla.
La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear, vimos como 5 limpiadoras en el mismo turno que yo no sé qué tanto limpiarán porque tanto la habitación como los baños estaban asquerosos, lleno de polvo. suciedad y restos de otros clientes. Además de ser unas bordes.
La puerta de la calle no funcionaba bien la cerradura y nos pasábamos media hora intentando abrir la puerta cada vez que volviamos a casa.
Good location with supermarkets and cafes surrounding the area. It's close to the Marina (about 16 minutes walk) and the airport (about 11 minutes drive).
I arrived after 11pm and the Key for the main apartment entrance was not in the safe box (maybe some occupants took all copies in there), but nonetheless there should have been another option to get inside the building. I was lucky someone was accessing the building and kindly let me in.
Great location, large room with balcony, kitchen and washing machine was a great bonus, clean facilities.
The room only had a fan and no air conditioning which meant it was very humid all the time. The entrance door is also quite stiff and you have to pull the door while turning the key in order to open it. We had to get help from someone leaving the building the first time.
