Availability of the staff
The room was much smaller than expected, and there was barely enough space to move our suitcase around. The beds and sheets were clean, but unfortunately the mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were especially poor.
The check-in process could have been much better organized. The front door key was not in the location where we were instructed to find it, and when we finally received it, the lock was stuck. The problem was eventually solved by the staff.
The room also had no air conditioning, and it was extremely hot inside. Although there was a fan, it did not circulate the air effectively, making the room uncomfortable, especially during the night.

Nos tuvieron 3 días con la puerta de la terraza rota. sin ventilación y a 30 grados, vinieron a arreglarla cuando les dijimos que ibamos a poner una reclamación, si no, ni venian a arreglarla.
La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear, vimos como 5 limpiadoras en el mismo turno que yo no sé qué tanto limpiarán porque tanto la habitación como los baños estaban asquerosos, lleno de polvo. suciedad y restos de otros clientes. Además de ser unas bordes.
La puerta de la calle no funcionaba bien la cerradura y nos pasábamos media hora intentando abrir la puerta cada vez que volviamos a casa.
Good location with supermarkets and cafes surrounding the area. It's close to the Marina (about 16 minutes walk) and the airport (about 11 minutes drive).
I arrived after 11pm and the Key for the main apartment entrance was not in the safe box (maybe some occupants took all copies in there), but nonetheless there should have been another option to get inside the building. I was lucky someone was accessing the building and kindly let me in.
Great location, large room with balcony, kitchen and washing machine was a great bonus, clean facilities.
The room only had a fan and no air conditioning which meant it was very humid all the time. The entrance door is also quite stiff and you have to pull the door while turning the key in order to open it. We had to get help from someone leaving the building the first time.

Dos arredores não turísticos mas sim das pessoas a viver lá, uma verdadeira vida de bairro.
A localização do imóvel é espetacular, mesmo ao pé do Supermercado Pingo Doce e demais lojas. De fácil acesso ao centro de Faro. Não poderia deixar de enfatizar a equipa de suporte do alojamento que são práticos e rápidos em responder as solicitações de auxílio.
A limpeza do local deixa a desejar em pequenos pontos, a começar pela limpeza dos vidros da janela e portal de acesso à varanda. Outros pontos foi muito boa.

Que no tenía aire acondicionado había muchísima calor y el colchón era incomodo te clavas los muelles no estaba muy limpio que digamos no había cepillos de dientes ni gel de baño ni nada de nada para asearte
Estava bem localizado em Faro, apesar de numa zona mais complicada. O valor foi super em conta e o check in autónomo e relativamente simples. A comunicação com o pessoal responsável foi fácil e constante.
Tivemos o azar de chegar a um quarto com um cheiro a tabaco muito intenso e isso condicionou a nossa experiência. No entanto, os responsáveis prontamente pediram desculpa pelo sucedido e a verdade é que a restante da casa estava muito arejada.
Ainda assim, pequenos pormenores mostram algum desmazelo.
The owner is very nice and kind, he'll help you with anything. When I couldnt find the key at the check in, I called their emergency number and they helped me through it. The communication through the Booking app was great, they respond fast and are always at your service. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. Although there is no AC so it can get pretty warm. There is a fan only.
As two young ladies it was sometimes a bit creepy to walk around the neighborhood at night, there was a group of questionable locals very close to the building every night. They didnt do us any harm though. The walk to the city centre is about 20-25 minutes and I guess there is not really an option for public transport (?) so if you don't mind walking it's okay.
