Would reccomend!
Pros:

The owner is very nice and kind, he'll help you with anything. When I couldnt find the key at the check in, I called their emergency number and they helped me through it. The communication through the Booking app was great, they respond fast and are always at your service. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. Although there is no AC so it can get pretty warm. There is a fan only.

Cons:

As two young ladies it was sometimes a bit creepy to walk around the neighborhood at night, there was a group of questionable locals very close to the building every night. They didnt do us any harm though. The walk to the city centre is about 20-25 minutes and I guess there is not really an option for public transport (?) so if you don't mind walking it's okay.

Pros:

O quarto é excelente, com ventoinha e aquecimento. A cama estava impecavelmente feita. A ampla varanda é óptima para relaxar um pouco.

Gostei de tudo.

Best quality price ratio you can find.
Pros:

We had a big room with a balcony. It actually looked bigger than the pictures. There was also a kitchen we could use, with the minimal needs accessories. It wasn't expected so it was a really good surprise.

Cons:

Sounds travel very easily in the apartment, between the rooms. This would be my only "bad" comment though I didn't really mind..
