Ghé nghỉ vài tiếng thì ok
Pros:

Giao thông thuận tiện; Giá rẻ; view chỗ nghỉ nhìn ra ok

Cons:

Nên có quy tắc chung cho cộng đồng; Khách tầng trên làm ồn, phơi quần, tất trên cầu thang leo lên, khăn phơi lung tung, phòng có mùi nặng :(

Very disappointing experience at this Hanoi hostel
Pros:

That worker named as faizal is racist

Cons:

The main issue was the reception staff names as faizal who is from india ( goa ) , who was extremely unfriendly toward Indian travelers. His name is faizal and He made negative comments about India and even said he was ashamed to be Indian.
As an Indian guest, I found this very uncomfortable and disrespectful. A Vietnam hostel should welcome travelers regardless of nationality.
Very poor experience with the reception staff.

Very well located and nice staff to support you.
Pros:

The location is excellent, situated just a few meters from the Long Bien bus station, which offers connections to the airport and various tourist spots in Hanoi. There is a supermarket right across the street, and street food is available at night. It is also close to bus stops for tours to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa, and other destinations. The bed is spacious, with nearby lighting and power outlets, and there are lockers for suitcases and backpacks. Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop. The hostel staff are very attentive and helpful, assisting with tour bookings and local tips.

Cons:

I had no prblem during my stay. There are no restricted smoking area.

Never go there if you are indian

Good beds but...
Pros:

Sengene er bra.
Personalet i resepsjonen er hyggelige, men ikke resten av personalet.

Cons:

Konstant vond lukt i rommene.
Sengetøy var ikke skiftet når jeg byttet seng, luktet gammelt. AC virker ikke i rom 2B.
Frokost kokken er en veldig sær mann. Gidder ikke å svare på enkle spørsmål som: "har du salt?"
På natten, i takterrassen, så er det rotter på bordet der frokosten blir servert, fikk meg til å sjekke ut.

I lived in Vietnam and visit often. I'll be back at this hostel.
Pros:

The beds are great. Comfortable with shelves and a big locker.

Cons:

Some guests smoking in the room. Of course they didn't when the staff confront them.
