Pros:

La cama y la atención de la recepción estuvieron muy bien. El desayuno es abundante.
En realidad los tres recepcionistas de la mañana están muy bien.

Cons:

Los baños tenían poca mantención, muy incómodos.
Hace mucho calor en la terraza. Deberían adaptar algo porque no está bien tomar el desayuno con tanto calor 🥵

As condições do quarto.

Cons:

Serviço de lavandaria. Foi péssimo. Paguei por mais roupa para além da minha e ainda por cima a roupa veio mais suja do que foi. Não recomendo o serviço de lavandaria neste hostel.

Hanoi's first hostel experience!
Pros:

I like the location, its accesibility to bus stops, market and groceries. I like the bed blinds or cover, the locker positions which can contain the big luggages.There are 3 toilets and shower rooms which can accomodate the number of guests at a time, they are located outside bedrooms so bathroom noise won't disturb you while asleep day or night.

Cons:

The breakfast is the same every single day, you have to eat it otherwise go out hungry, for non-vietnamese, they won't appreciate it. The laundry is absurd, the way you put it inside plastic bags comes back to you unfolded and crampled like nothing happened, it doesn't smell like it came from laundry shops, no perfume but a neutral odor. The kitchen staff looks like angry and tired all the time. No signage for "no smoking" in the room which allows Chinese guests to smoke even inside the toilet or shower room. Upon exit of a guest, you can see that blankets are not changed, they just fold it so it looks like unused but used multiple times by different guests-for me that's not safe for the next guest!

Hay sitios mejores en Hanoi
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y las camas, eran cómodas.

Cons:

El edificio es muy estrecho y también los pasillos y las habitaciones. Baños un poco sucios. Desayuno muy pobre en una terraza bastante sucia.
