Pros:

Eigenlijk niks de prijs/kwaliteit is het niet waard

Cons:

Het zwembad staat op de foto vol in gebruik en bij aankomst alles rondom verwaarloosd en achterstallig onderhoud

Our stay was marred by the issues with mobility and safe access to rooms and facilities within the establishment .
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent as it led straight onto the motorway heading towards Valladolid.

Cons:

The property is not suitable for elderly and in particular guests with mobility issues. El Montico needs to reassess their disability ethic code .
Main entrance to hotel
The main entrance has two ramp pathways that lead into the main entrance . There are no banisters on the ramps with a sheer drop from each pathway.A person with mobility issues can have a fear of falling and having no barrier along the slopes can cause fear for a vulnerable person dependent in a wheelchair or rollator .
Reception Area
The reception is accessed by going up a flight of stairs - the wheelchair lift to access the reception desk was broken .Should a guest be wheelchair bound it is an impossibility to reach reception let alone any room.
Guest Room
The hotel has placed another ramp after reception to get to the guest rooms . In order to access the room there were no further wheelchair lifts to reach the room that had all facilities on one level . Although there was another wheelchair lift it did not provide access to the room that was on one level .A carer would need to take a rollator up the stairs and then help the second guest with mobility issues . Should the person be wheelchair bound it would be a total impossibility.
Breakfast area
It is an impossibility to access the breakfast area should a guest have mobility issues - there are two flights of stairs to go up or down with a further step to access the buffet area.

Pros:

Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
Grote comfortabele badkamer. Ruime kamer.
Goed bed. Flesjes water op de kamer.

Cons:

Geen stoelen op het balkon. Heel dicht langs de snelweg. Ontbijt viel tegen.
