I absolutely loved my stay here! It's a bit far from the main street, but I love that it's a quiet and peaceful area. There are a few nice restaurants nearby, too. The room was spacious and comfy. I would have loved to stay longer.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The property is set in a beautiful and peaceful spot right in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by trees, birds, squirrels, and peacocks. It feels like a little paradise, yet it’s only a 10-minute walk from Jungle Beach and the beautiful Pagoda.
The room was huge, with a big, comfortable bed and an extra one as well. It had air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, a hairdryer, a safe, a yoga mat, a full-length mirror, and a lovely terrace—everything you could need.
They welcomed us with a delicious fresh juice. We had dinner there (baked fish with rice and curry), and it was probably the best meal we had in Sri Lanka!
Breakfast was included and delicious, with fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, tea and coffee.
The owner and all the staff were incredibly kind, helpful and made us feel truly at home.
The best place to enjoy Unawatuna!

Отдыхали 24.02.2026, Гостеприимный хозяин встретил нам в аэропорту,по пути помог купить SIM карту, отвёз в пункт обмена валют.Вилла находится в отдалении от основной улицы, прямо на горе. Тихо. Вокруг природа, бурундуки, обезьяны (не контактируют с людьми), павлины, вараны! Постоянно поют птицы. Мы заказывали завтраки и ужины.Все очень вкусно.Так же Денеш предлажил нам экскурсию на 3 дня (но мы сократили до 2х дней, тк наш отдых составлял всего неделю), цена очень приятная. Экскурсия получилась просто замечательная.Фрукты в его магазинчике,гораздо дешевле.мы и домой покупали у него фрукты. Также здесь можно купить перец , чай, корицу. По номеру вопросов нет. Мы ходили на пляж Унаватуна, нам там понравилось больше, по той причине,что на джангл-из-за лодок половина пляжа в чёрных пятнах от масла.
Top of the Rumassala hill with a short walk to Unawatuna one way and Jungle Beach the other. Large comfy room with fridge and balcony. Set in the jungle so very peaceful. Staff were friendly and an excellent breakfast. They also helped arrange a tuk tuk so we could visit Galle.
Отличный отель, за такую цену замечательный.
Бронировали на 3 ночи, в итоге еще на 3 ночи продлили. Тихое, спокойное место, на территории встретили павлинов и бурундуков. Рядом находится Джангл Бич, небольшой, но уютный пляж. А подальше Унаватуна пляж. Ходили пешком, в горку и с горки. Можно заказывать тук-туки. Делали это через приложение.
Понравились хозяева гостинцы. Очень доброжелательные, предложили нам помощь с приготовлением рыбы и креветок за отдельную небольшую плату. Ели в номере, отдельного помещение для приема пищи нет

Center Point Villa was a wonderful place to stay. Dinesh and his family were so welcoming and kind. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and happy with my stay.
The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the garden. There was lots of light in the room and the AC worked great. The breakfast was excellent and for a very fair price, the family will make you the best Sri Lankan dinner and also do your laundry. The villa is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute tuk tuk ride to two different beaches and into the main town. Its location is very quiet and makes you feel like you are comfortably sleeping on the edge of the jungle. There are monkeys and peacocks passing through the property and the sound of birds is in the air.
Dinesh went above and beyond for me and I will definitely be back to Center Point Villa on my next Sri Lankan trip. I would honestly not consider staying anywhere else in Unawatuna.

Very nice room with strong AC. Very nice owner and family. Very close to jungle beach. Filling and tasty breakfast. Not that far of a walk from center of town.

The place is really nice. Basically, you'll find yourself amidst the real jungle. It means, you wake up with birds singing. Once you go outside of your room, you can see monkeys, squirrels, peacocks and many other wonderful animals.
Villa location is also nice. It is right in the middle between the main beach and Jungle beach. Also it is far away from noisy streets and clubs. The only drawback is that you need to hike a bit up the hill to reach the villa. This can be mitigated by using tuk-tuk for your commute.
This place also offers breakfasts. Actually, upon request, they can cook lunch or dinner for you. From our experience, food is of good quality and price is much more affordable then in typical restaurant in Unawatuna.
Also we went with host on a trip to Ella and other places. Host listened carefully for our asks and we really enjoyed our excursion.
Everything! The host, the spacious and well maintained room, incl a fridge and an electric kettle, the location - 20 min w as lk from a beautiful beach (to the north. South is too touristic). Breakfast was generous and tasty.
The host can rent scooters, drive you in his car (for additional pay).

The only downside: curtains were not opaque – didn't not block the light - we slept with eye masks
Very close to jungle beach and jungle beach restaurant . modern and comfortable. Pickup from airport and nice meals can be arranged easily
Dinesh very nice person, very helpful and open. He help us with baggage, transport and even pils when we feel sick. The place is very beautiful. Close to two beaches by scooter (can be rent here)
Very nice and clean room. You can use shared kitchen or ask owner for the breakfast. Very friendly staff. Quite location in the hills (better to have scooter to move around).

Really nice homestay just outside the Unawatuna beach strip. Lots of wildlife around and about 10/15 mins walk from jungle beach. Dinesh was a great host and really enjoyed his breakfasts each morning while watching the birds feasting in the surrounding fruit trees.
There was a lot of construction going on next door, as seems to be happening everywhere in Sri Lanka in the off-season, so it was quiet noisy in the mornings and afternoon. But the owners were very apologetic and helped met get out of bed and get an early start on the day so no big deal
