Our flight to Lisbon arrived late in the evening but the hotel was very accommodating. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Excellent facilities and charming and helpful staff.
Pros:

Everything. Wonderfully comfortable bed and quiet, well designed room. Automatic internal wardrobe light appears when open with mirror on the door and plug for hairdryer. Nice touch. Good, easy to control air-conditioning. In short, everything is modern and works (not always the case in airport hotels). Personal treatment from the welcoming staff. Thanks to Joanna, Solange and the man who showed me where to charge my phone in the lobby. Provision of chilled water appreciated. 24-hour complimentary shuttle service is seamless with friendly, helpful driver. Good breakfast and reasonably-priced restaurant, open non-stop from 12-22:30. Keep up the good work. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Cons:

The shower was great but the door didn't close properly so water seeped onto the floor. Apologies to housekeeping.

Confortable et efficace
Pros:

Le transport vers l'aéroport très bien organisé et efficace, la courtoisie du personnel, la localisation de l'hôtel, la propreté et confort de la chambre même elle est petite, mais c'est à quoi je m'attendais avant mon vol de retour. Bravo !

Gutes Airport Hotel
Pros:

Da wir am nächsten Morgen früh abfliegen mussten, haben wir uns für das Ibis Styles entschieden und es war wirklich ganz gut. Das Zimmer war toll, das Abendessen war super! Der Shuttle fährt alle 20 Minuten und es hat gut geklappt. 4:00 morgens waren wir sogar die einzigen, die zum Flughafen wollten. Den Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel kann man vorher online anmelden. Es fährt aber auch ein Bus, der hält fast direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nichts ein.
