Coûteuse déception
Pros:

Bon emplacement, la bâtisse est flatteuse, et c’est à peu près tout.

Cons:

B&B vaguement retapé pour être déguisé en hôtel. Pas de double vitrage, chambres (pompeusement dénommées « suites ») non insonorisées, sdb minuscule et vétuste, et quant au ménage, ne regardez pas dans les coins…
Petit déjeuner très moyen, traversez la rue ce sera quoi qu’il en soit bien meilleur.
Personnel à l’accueil carrément antipathique (une première au Mexique), même quand on lui fait remarquer que l’on nous a envoyé par erreur le code d’accès.. d’une autre chambre (pour la sécurité vous repasserez).
Le tout pour le prix d’un palace.
A la limite du scandale.

Beware the pictures advertising the hotel. The exterior shot is taken from the backyard with a lens that makes the grounds look huge and lush. The real exterior is a residential street, the hotel name in small letters next to an average door, next to a garage door.

Un hotel precioso para parejas en Coyoacán
Pros:

Me encantó el diseño de la habitación y los grandes ventanales al jardín común. La cama era maravillosa, y la posibilidad de hacerte un café en cualquier momento.

Cons:

En realidad no hay mucho que criticar. El hotel está en un lugar muy tranquilo de Coyoacán y estuve muy cómodo.

No volvería, seguro habrá mejores opciones ya que no es una habitación económica.

La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son amplias la cama es súper cómoda

No hay estacionamiento, me comentaron que tenían dos lugares y ya estaban reservados y nunca vimos un segundo auto, solo estaba guardado uno, tuvimos que dejar el nuestro en la calle. los chicos del front desk son algo déspotas especialmente el chico con el que realizamos el check out, no se levantó ni del escritorio para decirnos que la habitación ya estaba pagada y que era todo, le contestamos amablemente que OK, muchas gracias buen día y ni una sola palabra nos contestó. El ruido de una pareja en el jacuzzi se escuchaba en la habitación a pesar de haber cerrado la puerta y eran más de las 10 de la noche. el baño es demasiado pequeño, y encontramos una araña en la cortina junto a la cama.

A nice place in Coyoacan
Pros:

The location was great - we loved Coyoacan and this was very convenient. Sitting in the yard was a treat, and the breakfast selections were very good. Staff member Fernanda was wonderful - always friendly and helpful! Overall, a beautiful building.

Cons:

Our room was very dark (no natural light and rather dim/small lamps)...Although Fernanda was wonderful, we didn't receive the same level of hospitality when she was not on duty.
