Pros:

체크인 시 안경 쓴 직원은 불친절 했지만 이내 다른 직원이 응대를 잘 해주었다.
조식은 비싸지만 맛이 있었고 방도 작지만 청결해서 좋았다.

Cons:

주차장 안내가 부족했다.

次回も利用したいと思います。
Pros:

食事も美味しく頂けて良かったです。
部屋の広さも1人なので充分でした。
コインランドリーもあり、洗濯も出来て良かったです。
部屋から眺める景色もみえ楽しめました。
場所も交通の便も良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂がシャワーだけの為、大きな入浴場や温泉があると良いと思います。
食事で胸焼けを起こし、旅行記は体調不良でした。
部屋の中が暗く、見辛くフロントの方に相談し、食事していた所を使って良いと言われ使用しました。

Great place for a few days in Kumamoto
Pros:

Very nice staff, comfortable room, location is great: you can easily walk to the arcade streets, to Kumamoto Castle and to Sakura machi. Having possibility to wash the clothes for an acceptable price is also very good! Definitely recommend!

Central location with good sized room.
Pros:

Upmarket hotel in a good location. Clean, well appointed room. Laundry facilities available. Good breakfast. Well organised even when lots of people in the hotel. We had a good sized room which made for a comfortable stay.

ゆっくりできた！
Pros:

朝食時に飲み物をこぼしてしまったがスタッフさんが嫌な顔せず快く片付けてくださってありがたかったです。

Cons:

シャワーブースとトイレが同じ場所なので2人の時は不便な時があると思います。

ストレスなく、便利です。
Pros:

熊本駅からは少し離れていますが、熊本市街の分かりやすい位置にあってアクセスがよかったです。
チェックインとアウトも機械で完結するのでスムーズでした。
