I booked this stay for my parents, and they had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful throughout their stay. My father fell sick during the trip, and the team went above and beyond to support them — from helping with medicines to allowing extra time for checkout. Good location, recommend for a short stay.
Pros:

Close to Ram Mandir, very good location. The cottage is spacious. Additional bed was provided to us. Outside view of Saryu, peaceful too.

Cons:

Doors are jammed. AC took a while to adjust. Maintenance of property can be improved.
