В целом, было довольно чисто, были одноразовые тапочки, в которых можно было принять душ

Cons:

Комната раздроблена и нуждается в косметическом ремонте, на этаже (3) стоят стиралки, вся горячая вода днем уходит в них, нет лифта.
Не отправляют данные о вашем прибытии в миграционную службу - что важно, если вы хотите получить банковские услуги в стране - просите самостоятельно их об этом

Affordable, nice staff and close to shops, metro and bus. We were enjoyong our stay.
Pros:

Nice “boss lady”, good price, nice and clean rooms. Apparment is a walking distance away from supermarkets, bus and metro station. Some piece of cuttlery and kitchenware would be OK in the room, but there’s everything you need, even microeave.

Cons:

Actually nothing. Our stay was lovely :)

Pros:

Уютная студия со всеми удобствами и кухней, полностью соответствует описанию. Метро в 7 минутах ходьбы. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.
Прилетали рано утром, смогли зайти и оставить вещи на ресепшен. При выселении ночью тоже пошли на встречу, хотя у администратора не рабочее время.

Прекрасное расположение отеля, рядом вокзал Алматы 2, аэропорт, парк 28 гвардейцам Панфиловцев и всего необходимого ( в шаговой доступности) супермаркетов

Все отлично ,мы привыкли к этому месту ,возвращаемся постоянно

Все было круто ,как всегда ,останавливаемся уже здесь пятый раз и ещё будем только тут !!!!тихо ,спокойно ,чисто ,магазины и метро ,все рядом

the staff is not okay
Cons:

we wanted to check out at 7:30am. we notified the property a day before that we wanted to do so (even though the checkout time is from 7am on). there was no one around to do the checkout and give us our deposit back. the lady that should have been there was sleeping. we then missed the bus. also that same lady was very unpleasant and judgmental even before this incident.
