Uma otima opção para quem vai visitar ou expor na CORFERIAS
Pros:

O apartamento é bom, são 3 quartos com 2 banheiros, sala e cozinha. Os banheiros são bons, agua quente boa, cama boa, Internet que funciona.

Cons:

O predio não tem elevador. Subimos até o quarto andar carregando malas pesadas. O apartamento não tem forno de micro ondas, o que considero basico para uma locação via Booking. A localização é boa para quem vai visitar ou expor em CORFERIAS. A comunicação com esta propriedade é toda via IA, o que nem sempre é eficiente para responder consultas.

Un espacio agradabley cómodo.

La ubicación y los negocios cercanos, restaurantes, Carulla, pizzerias.

Cons:

No responden los mensajes por whatsApp, el apartamento estaba en el 5to piso y eso no lo leí en Booking y no había ascensor.

Le logement est tres convenable et bien situé.

Cons:

En revanche il se trouve au 5eme etage sans ascenseur et nous n'avons pas assez informer quant aux modalités de paiement du logement ce qui nous a valu pas mal de désagrément a notre arrivée. Les chambre ne sont pas tres bien isolées donc nous avions froid le soir et nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le voisinage.
