I could recommend this place if you are looking for a decent stay
Pros:

Good location with quiet area with mostly families. Good breakfast with good choices. Friendly staff, they even give us the room before the checkin

Cons:

Not enough tables for breakfast area, we had to wait for an available table.
The rooms could be a bit cleaner, the towels were very old.
