The team were the best thing about the property - from the reception through to the cleaners they were all happy and welcoming. The managers were also excellent and really engaged with their role and their clients. The breakfast was incredibly generous and well prepared. Outstanding across the board.
The broken tiles on level 2 could be a hazard for the elderly.
This is an exceptional hotel in an ideal location. Outstanding service from courteous and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The views from the rooftop terrace/observation deck are outstanding. Highly recommended.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Orient Bank. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
I’d especially like to give a big thank you to Emre, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine kindness really stood out. He is a fantastic asset to the hotel and is a great reflection of the wonderful service at Orient Bank.

It is a remodeled old historical , unfortunately internal noise ( doors shutting, people talking ) can be heard INSIDE the room while sleeping , the rooms also feel cramped as the furniture is way to much / large for the size of room, poor interior design.

El hotel necesita unas pequeñas mejoras en el baño y la habitación, los acabados más bien, desgaste por wl paso del tiempo pero en general bastante bien.
Todo me pareció excelente, a excepción del colchón que estaba vencido y si un día mucho. El resto impecable

The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of everything but a quiet oasis to retreat to. The staff are extremely friendly,polite and full of information. The breakfast is great, service excellent and even the building is divine.

The location and ambience of the hotel is great. It is accessible to so many areas and transportation and access to good fods.
Can be a bit noisy as it is near to many attractions.
