Verry friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Perfect location in the old town of Istanbul. Very quiet rooms. Cannot fault anything!

The front desk staff was very rude to us upon check-in, and unfortunately, the room was dirty. The hotel fell completely short of my expectations.
