The staff was great

Cons:

The bed the mattress was too soft you can the rails thru the mattress, the room only comes with 2 small pillows and room had roaches

The staff was amazing.

Cons:

We had roaches in the room and the smell of the room was awful. My last night there, I was harrassed by another guest in the parking lot, only to get up the next morning to find that he had thrown some sort of liquid all down the passenger side of my car. I'm not sure if the parking lot has security cameras but I would strongly suggest getting some if not.

Was able to check in early

Cons:

Very noisy guests. Put in headphones to sleep and even then was woken at at 3:30am to someone blasting music in the hall and singing :(
Although I don’t mind staying places that allow animals, I wish there was stricter rules. someone’s don’t left a trail of poop up and down multiple flights of stairs and it was still there the next morning when I left

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Only two flat pillows. No hair dryer, no iron, not pots, pans, paper towels, nothing to be able to use the kitchenette
