Pros:

Staff is very nice, onsen is amazing. Location is good. 7/11 is very close as well as the metro station. Everything except the room was very good. Complimentary soup at the evening is a great highlight (as it is in every Dormy Inn). Breakfast was very good as well. Even better than in some Dormy's I stayed before.

Cons:

Even though I love Dormy Inn and stayed many times in this chain, this particular one was very questionable. The room is tiny. And I mean even Japanise standard tiny. The bed was even smaller then tiny. They gave us 140 for 2 people. To sleep was a struggle. Every part of body hurts after such experience.
Of course, when we asked to upgrade- there were none of the bigger options, and frankly, not sure they exist. The cleaning was fine, but I would say, could be definitely better.
Also, no any view from the room, even the sky is barely visible.
I understand that is in Akihabara, but frankly, there are better option out there, even if this neighborhood. Price point is a bit exaggerated, in my opinion.

Réservation faite car l'établissement possède un sento/onsen, sauf qu'il n'est clairement pas indiqué qu'il n'est pas tattoo friendly...! Quelle belle surprise de se voir refuser l'entrée aux bains, devant la porte, après avoir déboursé 100 euros par nuits ! Aucune possibilité de fumer non plus, et se font un plaisir de bien nous rappeller que c'est aussi interdit dans la rue, tout comme l'accès aux bains pour les tatoués...c'est la 1ere fois en 4 ans que je me vois pénaliser par un établissement privé sous prétexte de principes publiques, une honte pour un hotel. A FUIR POUR FUMEUR ET/OU TATOUÉS. Service de restauration pas fou, pour ce tarif là autant réserver dans une chaîne de style APA qui aura un meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Suberb bathing facilities with relaxing vibe
Pros:

Good location that’s less than 10min walk to Akihabara station.
The room was lovely and bright in the morning time and the shower was very clean.
Breakfast was really nice in my opinion. Simple but very tasty options for eastern and western diets. I tried everything which gave me plenty of energy till lunchtime.
The standout feature is the bathing facilities which offered both indoor and outdoor pools with a really beautiful and cosy vibe.
Would definitely stay here again if I were ever back in Akihabara.
