Милый уютный отель, номер соответствует фото, чистый с хорошим кондиционером. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал. Много вкусной настоящей местной еды рядом, есть магазины. Мы специально хотели пожить в этом районе, поэтому расположение полностью себя оправдало

Pros:

We went to the hotel for a concert in Yenikapi. It was a nice accomodation the staff was super friendly and helped us a lot with direction. It was clean and the beds were nice.

Cons:

The elevator in the building is kinda slow, and the carpeted floors on the stairs are not a good idea.

The room and the decorations are pretty, the staff very nice and helpful. We really loved every moment we spent there. The location is excellent as well, the downtown is close and there are a lot of shops nearby.

Sehr gastfreundlich und sauber – dazu eine perfekte Lage!
Pros:

Wir waren zu zweit für vier Nächte im Moss Hotel in Istanbul und waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal – vom Reinigungsteam bis zur Rezeption. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die Atmosphäre war sehr familiär und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Zimmer waren neu, sauber und ordentlich. Jeden Tag wurde Zimmerservice angeboten, wir bekamen frische Handtücher und auch Wasser stand immer zur Verfügung.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch. Eine Marmaray-Station ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man eine sehr gute Anbindung hat und viele Orte in Istanbul unkompliziert erreichen kann.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir außerdem für den Service nach unserem Aufenthalt aussprechen: Ich hatte meine Powerbank im Hotel vergessen. Nachdem ich das Hotel kontaktiert hatte, wurde sie mir unkompliziert per Post nachgeschickt. Selbst nach unserer Abreise wurde sich also noch hervorragend um uns gekümmert – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie viel Wert hier auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste gelegt wird.

Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt und dem gesamten Service mehr als zufrieden und können das Moss Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Pros:

The rooms were clean and cosy, the air conditioning was working well. Everyday, we received the room was cleaned and we received new towels. The hotel receptionist was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after checkout, and in the hot summer weather even to take a shower!

Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Special thanks to the housekeeper, Malika, for her excellent work. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms facing the courtyard don't get much natural light. The hotel is very close to the metro and within walking distance of the tram stop. I would definitely recommend staying here.
