El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, el problema es que no tiene mantenimiento. No es tan malo como algunos comentarios, si tiene agua caliente, tarda un poco en salir.
El personal es amable, y el desayuno es
clásico, me gustó

Cons:

Algunas cosas rotas, sin percheros para colgar la toalla. Cosas de mantenimiento en general que son detalles para mejorar.

Being able to leave again

The smell in the hotel was terrible. The plaster on the ceiling was falling in the bathroom. We left after one night (we had booked 2).

Änderungen beim Frühstück und der Hygiene sind erforderlich.
Pros:

Lage,und das Bett war Komfortabel.

Cons:

Keine Grösse Tassen für Tee oder caffé beim Frühstück, Milch war sauer (alt)...man muss den Milch probieren bevor trinkt für kinder ist gefährlich..Müll werd nicht ausgeleert bei sogar 4 Tag nicht.

Pros:

I didn‘t get a real blanket and the bed sheets had hair on them. Everything stank so much of smoke. Even the towels. There was no room service - not even change of towels or taking out the trash.

The shower didn‘t work. There was barely any water coming out of it. So I paid 107€ and had to wash my hair in the washbasin with half my hair down the drain.

The breakfast had so little selection. No butter and you had to pay extra for the coffee. Worst breakfast buffet ever. The woman at the breakfast couldn‘t talk english.

The staff would rarely greet me back whenever I passed the hotel reception.

That was in very good location and we did not need the any thing to go to visit the city.

I have to reduce 2 star
Because of first shower cabin and breakfast.
The shower cabin was not so clean and has problem with warm water and drain water.the heater was 3 floor under ground the staff said therefore we have to wait up to 10 minutes and wast 10 minutes water to get warm water and drain water was not clean and the cabin became a swim pool. We inform the staffs and she called 2 time the manager but he did not respond. With the breakfast we don have more choice the coffee quality was very bad and we should take coffee in small plastic cup.but all together with that Preis except shower because shower is so important to me was nice.

La atención de la recepcionista de la noche

Cons:

El resto. Es un hotel de 1 o como máximo 2 estrellas en realidad.
El desayuno no es como en las fotos (verán varias reseñas sobre eso), el personal a penas habla inglés. Por ese precio mejor seguir buscando.

A smiley welcome and a comfy bed. No hot water. Terrible wifi. There was the noise of running water all night from a bit of dodgy plumbing. Beyond the one smiley face the service was miserable at best.

La posizione comoda, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il vecchio bazar, camera spaziosa e abbastanza silenziosa, bagno fornito di sauna, molto apprezzata. Dotazione di ciabattine da camera, lo staff ci ha fatto la gentilezza di anticipare per un giorno la colazione perchè avevamo prenotato un tour che partiva presto.

Cons:

Per avere l'acqua calda bisognava tenere aperta l'acqua per diversi minuti, c'è stata qualche difficoltà di comunicazione con la signora della sala colazione che parlava poco l'inglese; la ragazza della reception a cui il giorno prima avevamo chiesto la possibilità di anticipare la colazione non aveva passato la comunicazione, infatti il mattino seguente, in sala, all'inizio ci è stato detto che non potevamo farla prima delle 8. Poi per fortuna ci siamo capiti ed è andato tutto bene. La colazione è prevalentemente salata e poco varia ma per pochi giorni va bene.
