Нямахме топла вода повече от 24 часа, мениджъра дори не отговори на съобщението ми, тъй като на рецепция няма никой. Поисках и някаква компенсация, но не нямаше дори извинение. Имахме и включена закуска, която е до 11 часа, но в 9:30 всичко беше прибрано, добре че имаше една жена поне да ми даде каквото реши и колкото реши тя, та поне хапнахме! Хигиената е лоша, мръсни кърпи и завивки!

Απίστευτα απογοητευτικό.

Το μόνο καλό είναι πως είχε parking.

Cons:

Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που έχουμε ζήσει… Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό , ΔΕΝ είχε πρωινό παρόλο που το ξενοδοχείο δηλώνει πως προσφέρει με την τιμή, βρώμικοι τοίχοι και παπλώματα, δεν ήρθαν ποτέ να καθαρίσουν ή να αλλάξουν πετσέτες. Απελπιστική η διαμονή μας εκεί. Λυπάμαι .

Rude staff.

The staff sits at the reception in sweatpants, looking at their phones, and doesn't greet you when you come in the door.

They discriminate and change rooms just because two guys who are friends go on vacation together.

Booked a large double room, got a tiny room with two single beds where one of the beds was broken. Complained about this and got a key to an identical room.
Complained again about this and finally got the room we had paid for, but then the AC didn't work. They wouldn't care about this

They stare at you while you eat breakfast and they are not helpful in fixing problems with the rooms.

The breakfast was lousy and the staff there were unhelpful in providing glasses and plates when they were empty.

They advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel. This hotel does not deserve stars.

DONT VISIT THIS HOTEL!!

Otele vardığımda kimse yoktu.Dışarı çıktım telefonla aratmama rağmen çok geç gelindi en az yarım saat otelde yer oda gösterilmesi için muhatap aradım. Otelde odamın kapısı anahtarla çok zor açılıyordu değiştirilmesini istedim tamam dendi gelen olmadı.Ertesi gün bizzat kendim gittim girişte personel bulmak çok kolay olmuyordu buşduğumdada bir arkadaşı ile kahvaltı yapıyordu sonra dedi yine gelmedi.otel değiştirmemek için bir gün daha kalmak istediğimi söyleyince önceki fiyata 7 euro daha ekledi synı fiyata kabul etmedi.sonra ayrıldım çok yakınında hamburg otel vardı erkek personel vardı güleryüzlüydü.sultan otelde televizyonu çalıştırmayada gelen olmamıştı fakat Hamburg otel hemen bütün isteklerimi yerine getirdi

Kalte Dusche/Cold shower. Inakzeptabel!

Gute Lage, für den Preis passt das grundsätzlich - ABER

Cons:

Kein heißes Wasser, auch am Ende der Woche nicht und das laut anderer Bewertungen auch schon seit Oktober 25. Angeblich einfach 10 Minuten laufen lassen. Spoiler: auch nach 20 Minuten kalt.
