El desayuno a las 7:30 am. Ya estaba frío y no tenían todo preparado solo algunos alimentos
El servicio de host estaba un poco hostil y no contesto las dudas al momento de entrada. Luego se comunicó con la recepción para indicar qué aire no funcionaba y al final me cambió muy amablemente otro empleado
The location was great, next to a casino, Parque de Las Ciencias, Walmart, Plaza del Sol Shopping Mall, and many restaurants close by. Parking is a multi-floor parking with elevators. The breakfast was good.
We booked that hotel for the laundry room because my mom was at the hospital and I had to wash her clothes and blankets, and our clothes too, but the machines were down during the whole seven days that we were there, which was very inconvenient for us. I didn't use the pool, but it looked small.

The location was excellent.
The service was not at the expected level. We arrived around 9:00 pm, and were the only there and lady who was in the front desk, looked but continued working with some papers. After few minute a second person arrived and attended us. Slow check-in process.

The breakfast buffet was a great addition to the overall experience. It offered a wide variety of options and catered to different tastes, which was greatly appreciated.
Another highlight was the hotel's location. It truly offers the best of both worlds—close enough to enjoy the city's attractions while also providing convenient access to the beach. This balance made the stay especially enjoyable.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and appreciated these aspects of the hotel.

La privilegiada ubicación y el control del elevador que es con la llave de la habitación así no todo el mundo puede subir.
La piscina necesita muchooooo pero muchísimo más cariño en cuestión de estética.
