Great place to stay near San Juan.
Pros:

Location was a plus. I didn’t like the casino atmosphere. The hotel lobby is excellent, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The card that you need to use to get in or out the facility. If you are going out the gate should open automatically.

Pros:

Breakfast was mid and cold. I like the quietness and the bed was comfortable. However it was dirty

Cons:

Bed had hair that wasn’t us. It was pubic hair, we saw it in the morning because we didn’t take the sheets all the way until the next morning. Very disgusting and disturbing

Disappointed
Pros:

The space in the room.

Cons:

Everything was dirty, the elevator, the room, the bathroom, the floors. When we arrive there was so much commotion in the lobby at 11pm I couldn't hear the employee. The night is so expensive for the amenities that it offers and it doesn't even include parking as the parking is private.

Great for travel, near a shopping mall and nice views.
Pros:

I like the space of the room and that it was really comfy to stay in, specially when traveling for business. Everyone was so kind and the cafe down stairs have everything you need for your stay.

Cons:

It was way too cold. I had to turn off my AC becayse the air coming in from the hallway was just too cold. Glad i brought a hoodie to stay in.

All in all it was a very good experience
Pros:

Mainly the location. The staff were excellent. The maids where very helpful.

Cons:

No one received us and we had to take our luggage to our rooms.
