Great hotel
Pros:

Amazing facility! So comfortable and convenient. The built in onset was amazing and everything from beds to tv to even check in experience was amazing. I would highly highly recommend this! Also plenty of busses coming and going around.

Cons:

The location is bad if you don’t have a car. Walking from kowakidani station is actually dangerous and I wouldn’t recommend walking on the street without sidewalk. If walking make sure to walk from Jakotsuno bus stop. There is only 1 restaurant within walking distance so you have to be prepared with food in advance. Also there was no salt and pepper and oil to cook in the beautifully equipped kitchen.

Pros:

Appartement très bien équipé, nous avons enfin pu cuisiner!
Le sauna, bain chaud, etc... très agréable.
Les produits offerts dans le frigo.

Cons:

Ce ne sont pas des lits à l'européenne et ils sont petits pour 2 personnes. Les balcons surplombent la route principale qui est très bruyante.
Tout est digital, aucune présence humaine. Un peu déroutant mais on y arrive.

みんな泊まった方がいい！
Pros:

6名一部屋で泊まれるところがなかなか無いので、まずそこがクリアできる事、部屋に温泉、足湯、サウナがあり、充分な広さのある部屋！
備品もきれいで、子供達（社会人、小学生）も大満足でした。

ウェルカムドリンクとおつまみもあって、みんなで赤ワインをいただき、ワンランク上の気分で泊まれました。

また絶対に利用します！
なんなら、ずっとここがいい！って程満足です。

Pros:

Everything was perfect! This apartment has everything you could possibly need for an amazing stay. From the sauna and the fully equipped kitchen to the breathtaking views and even the telescope, every detail was thoughtfully provided. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily come back.

Onsen en sauna privé

Cons:

Je kunt niet in de accomodatie voor 15.00. Als je met de trein komt en je bagage kun je deze nergens kwijt. Dan sta je gewoon te wachten in de hitte.
De bedden zijn voor 2 volwassenen en 2 pubers eigenlijk net te klein.

Lovely place, quiet and quiet unique
Pros:

The room is big and have plenty of space even for a family of 4 which is not always find in Japan!

Cons:

No proper staff or actual human on site. We had difficult time with the checkin process and couldn’t get through anyone!

The most beautiful relaxing room we’ve stayed in. We loved the footbath, private onsen, and sauna!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. Our room had everything you could possibly imagine! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

The entrance is a little strange if using public transport, small back-way alley. Be aware there is also no on-site staff. The washer/dryer can be tricky. I don’t even recommend using it in the morning of checkout because there is possibility your clothes will get trapped due to a cooling function on the machine. We used it much earlier than recommended cut off time and somehow it was still stuck. It’s a safety feature but very confusing.

Amazing
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, convenient location.

Cons:

1. On the last day a roach appeared in the bathroom.

2. During the check in process I had a very difficult time hearing the operator. It sounded like there were multiple operators speaking in their same room. In the end the operator gave up and hung up.

3. Stayed 3 days 2 nights. Didn’t make an advanced reservation for the BBQ and asked if we could add BBQ for the second night but it was not possible. Not the facility’s fault.

I would love to come back here again and I’ll make sure to book the BBQ in advance!
