High class stay
Pros:

Amazing apartment! The highlights were definitely the private onsen and the dedicated foot bath (ashiyu). Everything was maintained to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

- No early check-in and no luggage storage available before check-in
- No restaurants within walking distance

Specious apartment, very well equipped, great facilities close to the bus station

Cons:

More food options in the vending machine. If you do not have a car you can go to the restaurants in the area by bus or taxi but if you want to use the kitchen you have to bring all food supplies

Overpriced with no staff on site caused issues for us but lovely property
Pros:

Pro’s - beautiful accommodation, room was clean with a Japanese feel.
The indoor onsen bath was great and very relaxing.
The projector screen was fun to watch a family movie before bed.
There were some snacks and bottle of wine on the fridge complimentary which was a nice touch.
The location was fine if you had a car, short drive to local 7-11 and lawsons but you couldn’t stay here without a car.
Loved the Rakutan pyjamas

Cons:

Cons - this is a no staff hotel which is mentioned when booking. However we tried to upgrade our room size several days before check I and were unable to communicate successfully with the hotel or booking.com to request this. There was plenty of availability for the larger room on booking.com which also was shopping $150 cheaper than what we paid. It was really frustrating not being able to speak to staff direct.
Beds were rock hard with 1 flat pilllow each.
Don’t book too far ahead if your booking mid week as we over paid by $150-$200 for 1 night. Paid $535AUD for 1 night on a Wednesday for a room with 2 king beds in the same room no view.
Booking.com were hopeless trying to help me change rooms and kept ending the live chat. I just gave up.

Lovely family space with private onsen right by railway station
Pros:

Foot bath on balcony was fantastic! Great family sized onsen in bathroom. Cool selection of drinks and snacks supplied in room. First place I’ve stayed that has cup noodle and champagne in vending machine!! Beds were comfortable and was great to have so much space, could have happily stayed longer.

Cons:

Instructions for microwave and washing machine could be more detailed. Check in process was not seamless but we got there in the end.

Beautiful way to relax after a busy week in Tokyo.
Pros:

Lovely and spacious. Well equipped with private onsen and sauna. Nice breakfast!

Check in was a little cumbersome however when I called the customer service they helped me straight away.

Cons:

Il y a des capsules à café mais pas assez pour notre séjour car on ne boit pas de décaféiné habituellement mais il s'agit d'un tout petit détail. Aussi l'hôtel est sans personnel donc il faut s'enregistrer dans le hall via internet mais cela a été assez simple et rapide finalement.on savait aussi que cela se passait de cette manière donc aucune surprise.

Pros:

Great space, facilities, comfort, very modern and clean.

Cons:

Clearer instructions that check-in could be done after you get to your rooms! English instructions for the oven, TV, projector etc. There were only breakfast boxes in one room, not in the largest room for 3, so we had to share.
