Nice hotel in Washington
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom. The bathroom has the shower and the tub separately. Plenty of towels including a bathrobe. Plenty of closets with an iron board and iron. Excellent location to restaurants and the White House.

Cons:

The pillows were not confortable. The air conditioning didn't work very well. It was hot during the midnight even when the temperature was set to 70 degrees.

Bed comfortable and clean but staff not well run. .

Location nice room facing back but clean. A front desk girl was very good.

Front doors heavy and automatic door worked occasionally, coffee advertised til 11 am was cleared away before 10:50 am, promised hotel receipt by email but never received, breakfast waitress talked to a lady almost 15 min and didn’t fix my order before it was all cold, again 11am coffee offering out of cups lids not fit cups, wrong cups, and hot water and cream out and coffee just warm. Lots of people upset. Just not a well run by management. Front men talked more with restaurant staff than paying attention to opening doors.
I would please like receipt from the hotel as promised. Oh and by elevator advertised Sunday movie and popcorn but you had to buy $50 worth of food to get popcorn and movie. I made my order and when my food was delivered, I asked where my popcorn was and the kitchen staff said that was no longer being offered. I called the front desk and they said the same thing and I asked them. Why then are you advertising at the elevator that Sundays you get a free movie and popcorn. It didn’t say anything about the dinner. It just said on Sunday night’s movie and a popcorn. When I complained, they did give it to me, but I don’t know for sure because they still haven’t given me a receipt for my stay. Very frustrating to deal with the staff. Nobody knew what the other one was doing. Totally unaware.

Washington DC'nin Kalbin de Harika Bir Otel
Pros:

Mükemmel lokasyon, National Mall'a ve tüm müzelere yürüme mesafesinde, Beyaz Sarayın hemen arkasında, ulaşım açısından da çok iyi bir nokta da. Çevrede yemek yemek için çok iyi yerler mevcut. Otel odaları gayet geniş, konforlu, modern şekilde dekore edilmiş, her türlü ihtiyaca cevap verecek şeyler mevcut. Temiz. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzel. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Neredeyse hiç bir şey. Sadece elektrik prizleri diğer bir çok otel de olduğu gibi universal olsa iyi olur, elektrikli eşyalarımızı daha rahat kullanabiliriz.

Elegant, centrally located hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms.
Pros:

Beautiful old-fashioned hotel centrally located. I had a room on one of the upper floors and facing the quiet courtyard. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished and quiet. It had a very comfortable bed. I love the spacious bathroom and the great shower.

Cons:

I found the prize pretty high - at least for European standards.
