Appartement bien mais dommage pour le bruit la nuit

Cons:

La sonorité, très mal isolée on entend tout ce qui ce passe dehors ainsi que dans les autres appartements

Pros:

Ligging was perfect. Fijne rustige buurt recht tegenover de moskee. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Un appartement sympathique qu’on peut séjourner en toute tranquillité
Pros:

Un gardien de sécurité qui est présent H24, 7j/7
L’appartement est spacieux
Le personnel qui est réactif et qui est juste en bas de l’immeuble
La cuisine si on a m’avait envi de cuisiner

Cons:

Malheureusement l’isolation des murs n’est pas bonne, le bruit sonore des voisins est présent… on les entend le soir.
La finition de la porte vers la fenêtre n’est pas assez bonne surtout quand il y a du vent.
