O quarto estava com o chão bem sujo, não foi limpo há algum tempo. A foto do quarto no site não parece em nada com o quarto real, mas nos atendeu.

se precisar ficar nessa localidade cuidado com roubos e furtos que ocorrem na frente do Hotel.

Very goodvalue for the money
Pros:

Location was excellent. In Taguatinga. But this was not conventional hotel. Was a rented apartment having private owner. Apartment was excelent, clean & in good working condition

Cons:

The front desk staff was a bit unpleasant. One lady there especially in the morning shift was notably cranky & feisty. She refused to speak English, though I found she knew English. But this kind of personal pride is kind of usual with Brazilian women. The rest of the front desk staff were pleasant & very kind.

Não houve estadia por erro de comunicação interna.
Cons:

Ao chegar no hotel o atendente disse que não encontrou o voucher para liberação de check-in. Apresentei comprovante de pagamento, e-mails de confirmação e ele insistia em um voucher. Quando consegui contato com o proprietário e ele me explicou que já havia enviado a autorização as 09 horas da manhã e provavelmente eles quem não havia identificado e que enviaria novamente eu já estava longe buscando outra acomodação. E ainda me negaram o reembolso..aff!
