Posizione buona per dove dovevo anadare io ma non so dire in generale.

Il posto è del tutto ordinario, tipo Ikea triste ma pulito; non mi aspettavo di più. Il problema è il check in che non viene fatto personalmente dall'Host ma tramite la piattaforma vikey.it il che significa che al cliente viene imposto di inserire tutti i dati, pagare l'imposta di soggiorno sulla loro piattaforma, caricare foto di documenti e farsi dei selfie etc… L'host mi ha detto che o mi adeguavo o non mi avrebbe consentito di fare il check in. Totale assenza di disponibilità che sarebbe stata carina considerato che con la sentenza del Consiglio di Stato, Sezione Terza, 21 novembre 2025, n. 9101 ci sono molti dubbi che quella che mi è stata imposta sia una procedura legale.

Il fatto che il check in si potesse fare solo dopo le 16. Molto scomodo perché se si arriva prima in città non si riesce a entrare nell’appartamento e riposarsi/usufruire dei servizi ecc
