Cons:

Agradecimos que solo fuera una noche. La relación precio calidad es muy mala. El costo es altísimo y las habitaciones e instalaciones en general (excepto por la piscina) se sienten abandonadas, con muebles viejos y feos, espacios mal distribuidos y descuidados. Más que llegar a el lugar de vacaciones soñado se siente como una transacción a la que prefieres llegar tarde y cansado para no pasar mucho rato ahí. Fuimos con personas de la tercera edad y nadie nos ayudó con las maletas, el WiFi era intermitente y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien. En definitiva, no volveríamos, no lo recomendamos y es MUY caro para lo que ofrece

La montaña de basura!

La temperatura de el agua de la piscina

La tapicería muy sucia,el baño con moho, las cortinas rasgadas., me toco habitación con vista a la montaña y la única montaña que se podía ver era de basura ., en verdad me dio pena ajena con mi pareja. Los desayunos regular de sabor ., los chilaquiles muy secos y sin sabor.

Precio y calidad
Pros:

El hotel está muy bonito, relación calidad-precio muy bien. Me gustarón las dos piscinas, la de niño me pareció muy adecuada. Tuve la oportunidad de comer en el restaurante donde me dieron un buen servicio. Sí volvería a hospedarme en este lugar.

Cons:

El hotel en los pasillos se veía un poco sucio, entiendo que la afluencia de personas es mucha, me tocó mirar mucha gente entrando y dejando el hotel. Poner un poquito más de atención a la limpieza de la piscina, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien.
