Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Lage in HBF Nähe gut.

Cons:

Obwohl das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße ist, hört man den Lärm von der Hauptstraße bei geöffnetem Fenster. Da es schnell sehr warm im Zimmer wird, muss man sich entscheiden, ob man eher für Lärm oder Hitze ist. Es war aber alles auszuhalten.
Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre nett gewesen.

Hätte ich gewusst, was für eine Lage mich erwartet, hätte ich es nicht reserviert
Pros:

Die Lage war nehben dem Borde in eine traditionell markante Strassel! Ich kam sehr spät mit meine Familie dorthin an und müsste teuer eine andere Hotel reservieren.

Cons:

Die Lage! Ich bin nicht mal eingetretten!

Freundlichkeit und schnelle Abwicklung
Frühstück konnte man spontan dazubuchen.
Das Frühstück war angemessen, es hat nichts Wesentliches gefehlt, aber es gab auch keine Besonderheiten
