Pros:

Ich habe am Hotel insgesamt nichts zu bemängeln, aber die korpulente junge Dame mit dunklen Haaren an der Rezeption ist meiner Meinung nach völlig ungeeignet. Sie war lustlos und ich kam mir eher vor, wie in einer deutschen Behörde.

Pros:

Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren schön ausgestattet. Alles war relativ neu. Das Frühstück war okay

Cons:

Leider hat es im Badezimmer nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen und man konnte die Geräusche von draußen durch das geschlossene Fenster relativ ungefämpft hören

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und auch bei einem Zimmerwechsel von 2. Etage auf Parterre war absolut unkompliziert.
Frühstück war sehr umfangreich.

Cons:

Parksituaton ist nicht besonders gut.

Leider unmittelbar in der Nähe von Rotlichtmilleu. Was sehr schade ist, da es als familienfreundliches Hotel beworben wird.

Gute Zimmer, schnell in der Stadt, alles sauber.

Cons:

Preisleistungsverhältnis Frühstück passt nicht.
Harte Brötchen, keine Säfte und keinen schwarzen Tee.
Hotel wird bei Google immer noch unter der falschen Adresse angegeben.

On the positive side, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights with our two children. We requested rooms next to each other in advance, but were given rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors, at opposite ends of the hotel.

The address listed on Booking.com did not match the actual hotel location, so we had to take a taxi. The hotel is located directly on a red-light district street, just a few meters from adult establishments, which was an unpleasant surprise when traveling with children.

We were also surprised that housekeeping only cleans the rooms if you hang a sign on the door.

Overall, we expected a better experience.
