El portón de entrada estaba mal cerrado y se tranco y nadie me contestó los teléfonos ni mensajes un inquilino salió ayudarme ya que los encargados nunca salieron las llaves no funcionaron un mal servicio por que en la recepción nunca hay nadie el servicio sanitario estaba malo y tenía que echar agua con balde
Me gustó la ubicación y la atención del dueño.
La piscina super sucia. Se veía verde, metimos los pies pensando que tal vez era el color del fondo y sorpresa era suciedad. Nos terminó dando picazón en los pies
En la habitación que nos dieron tenía mala la cachera de la cocina y paso sonando toda la noche y en el día. Le tome vídeo pero la app no me deja subirlo.
El muchacho de la recepción atendió pésimo, casi que obligado, no nos explico que la llave de el portón estaba en las llaves de la habitación entonces cuando en la mañana lo llamamos para que nos abriera nos atendió de mala gana.

La cercanía con playas y camas super cómodas.
Tenía un factor importante que era la piscina y estaba lastimosamente sucia y no la pudimos utilizar además hay detalles en la habitación que no ayudaron al descanso. Como un sonido continuo toda el dia con el ventilador y aire acondicionado . Creo que si corrigen esos detalles se podría visitar de nuevo.
Staff was responsive and helpful, room had kitchen and utensils, had a pool even though small, location is good, instructions were clear, they have pizza which was good and ready in no time. Cold water on the house. Check-out times were accomodated due to some delay in having the room ready.
Parking entrance gets crowded because it is small and has palm trees on it. Bed mattress needs replacement, we could feel the bed supports. No hot water, although not needed with the weather. Only hand soap as toiletries. No hairdryer.

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage gut. Man ist fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten am Strand.
Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und wir hatten eine kleine Eidechse im Zimmer. Außerdem fehlten Handseife und ein Handtuch für die Hände im Bad. Als wir auschecken wollten waren wir im Zimmer gefangen da das Schloss sich nicht öffnen lies.
Cercanía a playas.
1) El lugar desde el parqueo huele terrible a cloaca.
2) El día que reserve en booking salía que me iba a costar 97mil colones, en vivo pagué 103mil colones.
3) Lugar incómodo de parqueo.
4) Piscina e interiores deteriorados.
5) No me parece buena relación calidad/precio.
The location rocked! Quick walk to the beach. Short drive to many more beaches. The staff went out of their way to help us with our stay with recommendations for best beaches, restaurants, etc. They quickly resolved to any concerns we had. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Although we booked it showing a discount, and we booked a day before arriving, the description oversold the reality a bit. The place needs some refreshing, counter tiles replaced, shower head replaced, etc.
Photo of McDonalds (in Nicoya) and chart about running accidently attached, and I couldn’t detach. That’s a shortcoming of booking.com’s interface.
Emplacement proche plage et centre brasilito
Chambres , probleme de clim sur la 1ere , plus du bruit, un enfer la 1ere nuit pour un prix assez cher finalement...on m a changé de chambre a ma demande. Equipemenrs assez simples, pas comme sur les photos.
Si bien queda a unas cuadras de la playa, es muy cómodo y fácil llegar.
