The hotel conveniently enabled me to do the things I had travelled to Manchester for.
Pros:

A friendly atmosphere, nice bar, clean room, spotless shower room. Good sized bath towels. Fast lifts, conveniently situated for my needs. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

No usb charging outlets in the plug sockets. The mattress could have been thicker, but it didn't stop me sleeping.

Horrible
Cons:

They charged me £150 for a deposit then haven’t refunded as apparently we broke the bathroom mirror
But I have photos time stamped taken the day we left with no damages
Refund refused

It’s good for the money but the cleanliness definitely needs improving.
Pros:

Good location and the staff really friendly, room we stayed in was huge.

Cons:

No fridge in the room, walls and ceiling had black marks all over them, bed sheets had yellow and black stains on them, bathroom door had cracks on both sides meaning it couldn’t be shut properly, water damage on the wall above bathroom door

For the price you can't complain, the hotel is nothing special, but what do you expect at the price. Its clean, beds are reasonably comfy and the location was convenient.

Silent hill liminal space with air-conditioning
Pros:

Room had Aircon, site was easily accessible late at night, location was good for me.

Cons:

The hotel felt extremely run down, as if it was an old hospital or school that was never fully renovated. This is mainly apparent in the general hotel areas, the room was okay though. But for the price I paid I expected at least a nice site. The breakfast was pretty depressing, you're better off just going to the nearby wetherspoons or something honestly.

Was OK. Very basic.
Pros:

Was what we were looking for, as in cheapness.

Cons:

The room could do with an upgrade. Burn marks on carpet. Walls chipped and scuffed. Furniture damaged. Windows very dirty.

Pros:

Nice people good value for money
Brilliant parking £2 a day
Room good peaceful and air con working very nice

Cons:

Breakfast was bad as I could not eat anything because all the hot food was kept near pork and cooked in same oil . As we only eat halal.so the only thing for me to eat was bread with butter plus my daughter haa a nut allergy and she could only eat corn flakes
