The staff are super friendly, rooms are clean and functional, the location is good and makes everything very easy to walk or tram to.

Wir waren im Juli 2026 in diesem Hotel und haben es aufgrund der zentralen Lage und der guten Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gewählt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollständig erfüllt. Bis Sultanahmet sind es nur drei Straßenbahnhaltestellen, die Galatabrücke und die Istiklal-Straße erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Trotzdem liegt das Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße.

Das Zimmer entsprach genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung – sauber, gemütlich und von der angegebenen Größe. Auch der kleine Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof war wie beschrieben. Wer sich über kleine Zimmer oder fehlende Fenster beschwert, sollte die Zimmerbeschreibung vor der Buchung aufmerksam lesen.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem gesamten Personal: Alle waren jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprechen sehr gut Englisch.

Außerdem kann man an der Rezeption unkompliziert einen Transfer zu jedem Flughafen buchen.

great location for walking around Istanbul's historic areas and old town. Bed was comfortable. There was a bit of a smell of dampness/mould in the bathroom and the switch on the shower to change from hand held to overhead shower rose was broken. Quiet street so not noisy at night which meant we could keep the window open. Reception staffed 24 hours and staff were friendly and happy to help. Overall comfortable room with in a great location, just a few little things to fix.

We liked the location, but mostly we liked how the staff managed to correct the missunderstanding we had with the room regarding the balcony issue we had, they showed flexibility with providing us the right room which was great.
Special gratification to all the Mo's working the reception, great guys to meet they provided a lot of information about the local culture and a lot of things to do, 👍🖖✌️

Понравилось все , первую очередь номера совеременные, точно также как на фото. Персонал вежливый рядом с галатской башней. Мы приехали с аэропорта сабиха гекчен, удобно было добираться на метро до конечной кадыкой. Оттуда на пароме до каракей. С каракея до отеля пешком 10 минут. Просто кто с чемоданами им не удобно будет подниматься на верх.

The room is so comfortable, clean and cozy. Staff is super attentive and responsive, doing everything to making your stay the best possible, ensuring you have everything you need. The location is great. Highly recommend!

Das gesamte Team war äußerst zuvorkommend. Sehr freundliche Rezeptionisten. Zimmer war sauber, schön, groß und ruhig. Zimmer wurde täglich geputzt und sah immer bestens aus. Die Lage des Hotels war bestens erreichbar. In einer eher ruhigeren Gegend aber alle Orte die man sich gerne anschauen würde gut erreichbar. Einfach top 😊
