Worked out for an emergency stop over but very basic hotel.
Pros:

Location was convenient for our needs. Price was fair. Had a small workout room. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

I am not sure why they call this a suite. It’s the smallest hotel room that I ever stayed in with no supplies in room. Queen bed was comfortable but only one chair provided with two guests. It did have a big refrigerator and two burner cooktop but no cooking supplies dishes or coffee pot. When only staying for 3 days it doesn’t make sense to buy all kitchen these supplies. Only two towels and two wash cloths provided. Just know before you get here.

Great stay for a concert at nearby Dicks Sporting Goods Park!
Pros:

Great location to see a concert at Dicks Sporting Goods Park nearby. Lots of free parking available. Wendys, Starbucks, Mc Donalds etc. close by. Great spacious fridge and little kitchen line incl. big microwave. Big comfy beds. Lots of storage space with shelves etc.

Cons:

No ice machine available (hotel handed ice trays for the fridge at least), no hairdryers and tea boilers/coffe makers in the room, so had to buy these items for our stay. At night a little bit sketchy neighbourhood. Free coffee in lobby only available until 11 am.

Nice place, friendly staff willing to help with weird rules no soft soap!!!
Pros:

Was really weird to drive to location. Constantly had to make a “U” turn to get back to suite location. Roads seemed messed up even though these wasn’t construction. Street designer needs to be replaced!

Cons:

Saw was “PET FRIENDLY” and almost brought our cat!!! When we got there, had to sign a paper claiming, which again claimed “PET FRIENDLY,” NO CATS!!! What were we suppose to do if we had brought our cat?!? No soft soap, shampoo or conditioner!?! No coffee pot, which we knew; however, if people purchase coffee pots and leave them, why wouldn’t you leave them in the rooms?!? Glad staff would’ve been able to accommodate up for very late check-in, which we ended up not needing.

Okay, but would be cautious staying here, even the staff seemed a little scared. Office is closed at 8 pm

Painful
Cons:

The bed was very low to the ground and I m pretty sure it (the framing) was broken in a few places. It was terribly uncomfortable. I didn't get any rest at all.

Pros:

I liked that the room had kitchen facilities.

Cons:

The hallway was dirty and never seemed to get cleaned. Also the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

The wood springs are racist towards black women
Pros:

I didn't like nothing about the hotel they charged me for three nights but I never even got to stay cuz they told me they didn't have a room for me and I never gave me my money back

Cons:

I didn't like that they were very very racist I paid for a full three days when I got there they told me they had no room and they still charged me they never gave me my money back
