Very central location, spacious, modern hotel.
Pros:

Perfect location hotel - every direction is 20 minutes away. Spacious, cleand and comfortable.

Cons:

During very early morning arrival was slightly difficult to find the entrance - located on the 3rd floor of the huge building without any sign outside. Managed after calling the reception.

Si vous hésitez entre 2 hôtels, ce qui était notre cas, allez y c’est un choix parfait, très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L’hôtel est agréablement décoré, les espaces sont spacieux, les chambres avec lits jumeaux sont grandes et très bien équipées et décorées
Le personnel est très sympathique, toutes les femmes de chambres sont agréables et au petit soin. Le personnel de la réception également, les premiers jours la présence de Rami qui parle français a été très agréable ( nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de te dire au revoir car tu n’étais pas là lors de notre départ mais merci beaucoup)
L’emplacement en plein centre est parfait, à 3 mn à pied de la Place de la république.
De très bon restaurant juste en bas dans la rue (notamment Mayrig et Jijil tavern que nous avons testés)
Une petite supérette à 50m en bas dans la rue.
Des bouteilles d’eau sont déposées chaque jour dans les chambres.
Les lits sont très confortables
La propreté est impeccable (et c’est un point qui est très important pour nous)
Nous étions 8 et avions donc 4 chambres et vraiment nous avons tous partagé le même ressenti vis à vis de l’hôtel
Le petit déjeuner est servi sur de larges horaires, nous ne l’avons pris qu’une seule fois car nous partions en excursion chaque jour et nous n’avions pas le temps mais il était très bon, plutôt salé que sucré mais il y avait des fruits frais pour ceux qui ne sont pas très salé

Franchement il n’y arien que nous n’avons pas aimé
Juste 2 précisions pour de futurs clients, l’hôtel n’a pas de hall de réception au RDC comme nous avons l’habitude, c’est un hall d’immeuble classique et c’est seulement après être montés au3e étage avec l’ascenseur que vous trouverez le hall de l’hôtel (très beau d’ailleurs) , ne soyez donc pas surpris en arrivant.
Des instructions précises à ce sujet sont envoyées par l’hôtel via booking avant l’arrivée , transmettez les au taxi et tout se passera parfaitement. Attention il y a un autre hôtel Metropol dans la ville (qui n’est d’ailleurs pas relié mais au départ le taxi s’était trompé)
Autre remarque, les chambres avec lit double sont moins grandes et moins bien décorées que les chambres avec lits jumeaux, donc je vous conseillerais de prendre des chambres avec lits jumeaux. Les chambres avec lit double sont très bien quand même mais en comparant les 2 c’est quand même plus spacieux, avec des miroirs une jolie décoration qu’il n’y a pas dans la chambre double

В целом понравилось все, кроме того, что при выезде меня заставили сбегать в номер за пластиковым ключом!

Я торопился в аэропорт, но сотрудник отеля упрямо хотел получить ключ на руки, или штраф заплатить, хотя за неделю до этого похожей проблемы со стороны других сотрудников не было, правда после того, как я возмутился , что не гоже в отеле такого уровня поднимать подобные вопросы, меня все таки отпустили без штрафа
Это автоматом занижает уровень и реальные впечатления от отеля, разбавляя действительно добротный еврейский уровень отеля «деревеньщиной», ни в коем случае не имею ввиду очень уважаемых мной людей из деревни!
Позже я получил извинения от администрации отеля по почте, и в общем то негатива у меня нет к отелю!

Эти карточки нигде в мире не спрашивают, по крайней мере в отелях, где я останавливаюсь , и если отель позиционирует себя высоко и чему в принципе соответствует, то нужно срочно снять этот вопрос, или отдавая ключи при заселении убедительно об этом попросить, но цена вопроса совсем не та….
