Beautiful location. Delicious food. Pleasant staff.
Excellent room and bathroom
Nothing
The staff were excellent nothing was a trouble they were very polite and attentive.
The location was fabulous. The beach so close offered the relaxing space we were looking for.
The food was very good and they catered for my Gluten free dietary requirements very well.
The room had a lovely sea view but was very basic and tired. For what we paid we had expected a few extras like bath robes and slippers.
There were no drawers except for the desk drawer leaving no where to put underwear etc.
There was also no coat hook to hang outdoor coats particularly if they were wet. The only hanging space was in the wardrobe beside our clothes. There was nothing in the room to let us know what the hotel offered. For example it was on our last day I discovered by accident that they offered an afternoon tea with a gluten free option.
The view of the sea and Isle of Arran was a dream and everything we needed.
Bed a bit soft.
We loved the new look of the restaurant & bar area's.
Exceptional location and fantastic restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast were outstanding. We were satisfied with the facilities and my wife loved her massage which was directly adjacent to our building.
The room we stayed in could do with modernization it was a good size but there were no plug points or USB's at bedside, slightly outdated but functional and reasonably clean (no pillow protector's). The sofa was a sofa bed style which the seat cushions kept sliding off of due to to thick a mattress being inside it was irritating. And the bed was rock solid i have had more comfort in much cheaper places. They are investing in building new areas of accommodation which is great although I feel that money could be spent better in upgrading the current rooms.
Great location with fantastic view. Neely renovated dining room is lovely; breakfast was efficient and beautifully cooked. Accommodation looking a little tired. The restaurant manager and his team were excellent.
Scruffy entrance to the accommodation block
