Good Location, Friendly Staffs, Entrance lobby looks cleans and good, room was very poorly maintained specially the bed
Pros:

Staffs were friendly and approachable and have guided well.

Cons:

Torn pillow covers and bedsheet, stains on the covers, Split AC was very loud, Toilet accessories were old.

Will think twice before I return to this property
Pros:

The staff, the location. Ever smiling and helpful staff is the biggest plus for this hotel. If it was not for them, our stay would have been terrible.

Cons:

Very low value for money; rooms are very small, beds need replacing, so also ACs which barely work. Drinking water is scarce but yes it is provided every time you ask. The property is old and so designed that improvements/ upgrades will not be easy. I also think my refund was not correctly calculated when i revised length of my stay.

Overall it was not a very bad experience
Pros:

Response of Staff was good. But could have been better managed.Reception did help in offering reliable Cab Service option

Cons:

Night Dinner,Provision of Soap inaddition to Shampoo,Slipper , Towel Hand andBath room was not prepared it was slippery. Insufficient Tea /Milk Power etc were Kept.Response of Staff was good. But could have been better managed

Pros:

Very nice stopover in Mangalore
Pros:

very pleasant hotel. Very busy main street outside but easy to walk or get or get a rickshaw. Breakfast was simple with little choice so a bit dissapointing.
