Pros:

The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing.

While the room generally looks like the photos, the overall quality and maintenance standards fall far below what I expected. The biggest issue was cleanliness. I even found dirty underwear left in the closet by a previous guest, which immediately raised concerns about the level of housekeeping throughout the hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were among the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel. Instead of providing proper support, they felt as though they were filled with separate pieces of foam rather than actual pillow filling, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also noticed small holes in the bedspread, which further contributed to the feeling that the property is not being properly maintained.

The breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very basic and did not feel worth paying for. During my stay, the hotel hosted two 18th birthday celebrations. To reach the rooms, guests had to walk through the parties, which were extremely loud and disruptive.

The morning after the events, the breakfast area still contained decorations and remnants from the parties, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned. Some leftover food from the celebrations appeared on the breakfast buffet, but much of it looked dried out, as though it had been left uncovered overnight.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were friendly and professional. However, good staff cannot compensate for poor housekeeping, inadequate maintenance, and the overall lack of attention to guest comfort. Management needs to make significant improvements before I could recommend this hotel.

צוות נפלא. בלילה הראשון קבלנו בקבוק מים ועוגה. בשני, פלטת פירות ובקבוק יין. בלילה שלישי כשחזרנו לאחר 2 לילות, קבלנו סויטה, עוגה מים וסודה.
מעולם לא קבלנו שירות כזה.

Pros:

Few minutes walk to the beach, spacious room and bathroom and balcony. Clean, big comfy bed.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited. If you like full English breakfast then you might be disappointed.

מיקום מרכזי במרחק כמה דקות מפורטו מונטנגרו ,חנייה צמודה למלון אשר פנויה ללא צורך לדאוג למקום .
ארוחת בוקר טובה וצוות קבלה מושלם שעזר בכול דבר שהיינו צריכים בין אם זה זמינות לביצוע צ׳ק אין בלילה לפני הטיסה והזמנת מונית ואפילו דאגו להשיג לנו שואב אבק מהבית הפרטי בשביל לארוז את הבגדים בשקית וואקום .
צוות המלון כולכך אדיב שאפילו הציע להכין לנו ארוחת בוקר לצ׳ק אווט שניקח איתנו לשדה
יש מכולת ובר וחוף ים כ -50 מטר מהמלון

שהינו במלון לילה אחד בלבד לפני הטיסה. קיבלנו אפשרות לצ'ק-אין מוקדם, דבר שהיה מאוד נוח עבורנו. צוות הקבלה היה מקסים, אדיב ושירותי, וניסה לסייע בכל בקשה. החדר היה מרווח, נקי ומתוחזק היטב, והחניה החינמית היא יתרון נוסף. המלון ממוקם כ-10 דקות נסיעה משדה התעופה וכ-15 דקות הליכה מהמרינה.
החיסרון היחיד מבחינתנו היה ארוחת הבוקר, שהייתה דלה יחסית ולא תואמת את הציפיות ממלון ברמת 4 כוכבים.
בסך הכול נהנינו מהשהייה וממליצים על המלון ללינה נוחה ונקייה באזור טיווט.

אין פירות חתוכים / פירות יבשים/ריבות

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit ausgesprochen zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern, welche immer auf das Wohl der Gäste achten. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und umsorgt.Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schön angerichtet. Man kann auch draußen frühstücken. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort. Der Strand war in der Nähe, ebenso der Hafen und gute Restaurants. Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter!

Pros:

Location was near the bus station. And hotel had their own private parking place.

Cons:

Tiny and outdated rooms. In triplet room one person was sleeping behind the corner and air conditioner didn’t cool that one person at all. Fridge wasn’t working but they changed it.
