Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well kept. I love that you can park right outsife the room. And the pool is always the perfect temperature.

Cons:

Passing trains can be a bit noisy at times

Habitación muy amplia y limpia, personal muy amable y buena ubicación, también el precio fue bueno

La cañería del baño, el baño tenia un olor a caño pero se soluciono cerrando la puerta aunque al ir al baño olía muy fuerte

Me gusta la comodidad de las camas , la ubicacion, la alberca y la tranqulidad que se siente, en excepcion el ruido del tren pero en lo personal todo esta super bien

Clean, peaceful and beautiful, I will definately come back again.
Pros:

The hotel was super clean and beautiful. Everything spotless from the restrooms to the bed and the rest of the hotel. Close to restaurants and attractions in Guadalajara. The staff was very attentive and respectful.

Cons:

The train passes right next to the hotel it is loud but I don't think I ever heard it at night just during the day. Other than that nothing to complain about the actual hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación siempre está cerca de todo. Las habitaciones de abajo siempre me gustan más. Además el gimnasio es bueno para un rato agusto y la decoración de los jardines es muy bonita.

Cons:

Lo único que a veces está feo es el estacionamiento que está muy chiquito y cuando traen camionetas grandes abarcan los dos lugares. Estaría bien si designará lugares para carros grandes al final y todos los chicos en las partes laterales para que quepan más autos

I did t even get to stay at the Hotel, never in my life when using “Booking” to reserve a room I had a message from the hotel saying to at least send them a deposit within 30 minutes to guarantee my reservation. .

Buenos dias, en general todo bien en cuanto a instalaciones, limpieza y ubicacion.
el servicio de facturacion bastante malo, tengo varios dias esperando mi factura y al dia de hoy, no la tengo, ojala pudieran ayudarme, es una lastima que mientras algunas personas se esmeran en hacer bien su trabajo otro equipo( facturación) totalmente relajado con la atencion al cliente.
