Que una de las camas de mi habitación tenía bellos y manchas cafés dentro de las sábanas interiores y almohadas ya que desatendí la cama antes de dormir me di cuenta de eso.

Pésimo trato llegué por qué está confirmada mi reservación y me comentan que supuestamente el hotel me marco y que yo había hecho la cancelación que no me iba a aparecer en la app , no tenían habitaciones y no me dieron opciones
