Pros:

Graži vieta ant ežero kranto, vakarais gražūs vaizdai leidžiantis saulei. Kambaryje didelė patogi lova. Skanus maistas nors brangoka. Labai skani kava. Vieta automobiliui šalia viešbučio. Iki jūros netoli.

Cons:

Pasitiko darbuotoja, kuriai padaviau lapą su užsakymu, maniau taip paprasčiau, nes rumunų kalbos nemoku, angliškai kalbu blogai, esu beveik senjorė. Ji taip susiraukė lyg būčiau jos paprašiusi pinigų. Po to priėjo kita darbuotoja, kuri bendravo maloniau. Viešbučio kambaryje yra informacija kad pusryčiai nuo 8.00 iki 10.00. Atėjus 8.40 darbuotoja pareiškė, kad pusryčiai tik 9.00 val. Meniu pateikiamas lapelis su qr kodu, ir iškarto net neaišku ką su juo daryti. Kambaryje atvykus vonios kambaryje tebuvo trečdalis rulono tualetinio popieriaus, pirkome patys, nes taip buvo paprasčiau nei paprašyti kito rulono. Vonios kambaryje vonia, kuri yra nepatogi praustis, klozetas ir bidė žemi, labiau tinkami vaikams. Paskutinė viešnagės diena buvo šeštadienis, matėm kad vyksta pasiruošimas kažkokiai šventei. Pasirodo vyko vestuvės, po pat langais. Manau darbuotojai turėtų apie tai įspėti ir atsiprašyti dėl muzikos, triukšmo. Kadangi viešbutis ant ežero kranto, manau ant balkono durų turėtų būti tinklelis nuo uodų, nes buvau visa sukandžiota uodų. Viešbutyje yra Wifi, bet mūsų kambaryje wifi ryšys buvo tik prie durų. Apartamentų kambaryje yra tokia informacija "Apgyvendinimo įstaiga turi teisę pasirinkti savo svečius". Manau svečių teisė yra rinktis viešbutį. Ir jei dar kada lankysiuos Mamajoje, tai šio viešbučio tikrai nesirinksiu.

Pros:

Camera curată balcon destul de mare bine izolată fonic .

Cons:

Personalul (strict părerea mea) groaznic din prima zii te privesc de parcă ai venit să stai gratis. Nu a venit nimeni în cele patru zile să schimbe prosoape și să aducă hârtie igienică iar când a trebuit a cobor ca la telefon nu răspunde nimeni am primit o privire de mi-a părut rău ca nu mi-am cumpărat. Foarte mulțumit de “cazare” dar nemulțumit total de cele mai banale servicii.

In primul rand, nu avea lift. Apoi, prosoapele in camera erau rupte, nu a venit nimeni sa reimprospateze curatenia, maxim au venit si au oprit aerul conditionat. In camera mirosea foarte puternic a canalizare, asta doar in ultima zi, mocheta era patata, clanta de la usa era mancata, suruburile de la clanta erau pe jos, in fata usii de la camera era un cadavru de libelula pe care nu l-a luat nimeni

Pret mare pentru facilitati putine
Pros:

Ne-a placut faptul ca locatia de la exterior si receptie pare una exact boutique cum o descriu dar in realitate nu e asa, liftul era ceva obligatoriu. Locatia e buna ca pozitionare fiind langa lac, cocktailuri bune.

Cons:

Pentru 940 lei / 2 nopti era absolut obligatoriu : lift, curatenie zilnica ce NU a fost facuta deloc, parola wifi nu exista in camera, telefon nu exista in camera, telefon la receptie nu exista la ora 21-22, telefon la restaurant nu exista la ora 21-22. Si un zambet de la angajati ar fi ceva normal la ideea unui hotel boutique

Amazing location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and close to the beach.
Pros:

The location is amazing. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. It is very close to the beach, max 10 mins walking (google maps said more but it was incorrect). It has an incredible view of the lake with a restaurant facing it, which was was good but a bit pricy. The staff was also very welcoming and professional.
