I harassment i faced is just too much to even describe i booked this hotel from an app at a less price so they hotel staff got angry and behaved very poorly with me and even when i asked ki kal v same price mein continue karenge ya kaam price mein karenge they said han han mam kam price mein karwa denge then next day they turned off their book from that app and started harassing me calling again and again when i went out to look for pg coz i took admission in CU they made me pay on that app mere paise v kaat gye booking v nhi huyi phir harassment alag level ka suru kar diya

The tv and wifi did not work throughout the stay
Hotel had a very new look, clean linen, comfortable bed. Front desk staff were very friendly and readily helpful.
Outside the hotel certainly appears shabby. Guess with development of the area image should change.

Staff have shortage of money to repay balance to guest.
Rooms are new.. kettle was there, body lotion and hand wash was there, staff is good.
Though room was new, there was dust on the floor because of the construction going on.
Door lock was not working... everytime we have to call room boy to open the door..
No restaurant...
Even we were not able to get morning tea...
They kept kettle, but no glasses..
The location in booking.com is not correct...it was leading to some wine shop 6 km away from actual location
