Jól megközelíthető, jól felszerelt, kényelmes, tiszta, jó ár-érték arányú.

Cons:

Az egyik szobában a klíma régi típusí, hangos volt, ahogy a kis méretű hűtőszekrény is. A szobában lévő vízforraló nem működött, hiába volt bekészítve többféle tea. A kád szélén csúnya volt a fuga, bár nem tűnt penészesnek.
