Pros:

We kwamen midden in de nacht aan werden keurig opgehaald van het vliegveld. Van te voren was de communicatie prima. Het verblijf was op zich prima. Kamer niet al te groot maar voldeed. Het zwembad was heerlijk om in te zwemmen. Het is allemaal prima verzorgd. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding goed.

Cons:

Achteraf was het niet onze beste accommodatie. Als ik opnieuw zou boeken zou ik denk ik toch aan zee iets boeken.

Alles super!
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, was sehr zuvorkommend war! Die Zimmer waren auch super!

Cons:

Es liegt wirklich sehr außerhalb, weshalb eine Nacht direkt vor Abreise bzw. nach Anreise vollkommen ausreicht :)

Oogt mooi maar erg teleurstellend.

Mooie opzet van het resort met zwembad en planten e.d.

Cons:

Ons appartement Golden Apple was zeer beperkt en slecht.
Aankomst werd niets verteld over waterboiler.
3e bed had slechter matras dan andere. Gewoon een saaie ruimte met 3 bedden. Geen waterkoker, geen fohn geen koelkast.
Slechtse was dat het vies was, overal spinnenwebben wat veel insecten aantrok en veel stof. In badkamer hing ook alles los, scheve plankjes, niet bleeft overeind staan.
In 3 dagen geen enkele service, geen beddenopmaak, schone handdoeken of vuilnis ophalen. En plek voor vuilnis te brengen was er ook niet (gevraagd!)
Ontbijt zeer beperkt, beetje lokaal eten en bij dag drie kwamen we erachter dat je Engels ontbijt kon krijgen maar op verzoek. Nergens uitleg over. Alles moest je vragen.

Comfortable chalets in lush, relaxing garden
Pros:

We stopped here for our last night in Sri Lanka. The place is located a little of our the main time, which suited us. The garden around the property is lush- lots of plants, birds, chameleons, fireflies... We enjoyed walking around. The pool is clean and big, with areas to relax around it. The chalets comfortable- they had everything we needed.
Finally, the staff was so friendly and helpful- always available and clearly taking lots of care to look after the place.

Decent stay but customer service needs to improve
Pros:

The grounds of the property are pretty and peaceful. The room I was staying in was fairly comfortable with a good balcony.

Cons:

My interactions with most staff were great, apart from at checkout presumably with the property manager. He was very rude and patronising to me about checking out at 6am. This is despite them saying they have 24 hour reception, one of the main reasons I booked! I would expect better from a hotel entirely geared up for people using the nearby airport.

The food offer and quality was very standard, the pool water a little murky. Maybe would be better to stay closer to Negombo as there are few restaurants in the area so you’re forced to eat at the hotel.
