Fits my needs perfectly
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Not as much variety as a big hotel breakfast, but enough to eat. Can special order omelette, scrambled eggs etc. The breakfast room setting is nice, quiet with indoor trees, and the breakfast time window was long enough that it was not crowded when we were there. I loved the rooms, the modern hip design of the whole Residence G.

Cons:

Nothing really. It is not in a popular location, but if you need to be in that area, it is perfectly fine.

Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes, propres et climatisées . Le lit est extrêmement comfortable et la salle de bain est immense !!! Le lave linge est vraiment un plus… personnel très gentil .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très léger … très peu de choses à manger et tres peu réapprovisionné… donc il n y a pour ainsi rien à manger . De plus un matin le pain n’était pas frais , il était rassis …. Bref très médiocre .

Pros:

Apart from breakfast everything is great. The gym is well equipped, the pool is clean and large, and the rooms are clean and comfortable (and exceptionally large). The location is great also.

Cons:

Breakfast definitely has a room for an upgrade - eggs, seaweed soup and congee. That's pretty much it. I would expect something more diverse from such a great hotel.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

Pros:

The Residence location is excellent cos it is just 10 mins away from the wholesale centre in Nanshan. The property is clean and comfortable. Very good value.

服务态度，愿意帮助住客，如前台的娜娜及几位同事，行政酒廊的Dave, Kingsley及男同事，大事如洗衣机有问题，小事如如何扫码，都能及时提供建议服务。行政酒廊环境颇佳，待客礼貌，公寓各处保持干净状态

Cons:

客厅冷气比卧室冷气高一两度，制冷效果差一点，有时房间打扫时间过晚（但干净整洁程度令人满意），11楼早餐可多一些选择
