Great spot to stay passing through.
Pros:

We had a large room with ensuite. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Restaurant in the pub was also wonderful, serving Thai food. Highly recommend.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Very nice and would be happy to return!!
Pros:

The location suited us well, and it was nice to be in a village. We had a comfortable twin-bedded room, but we particularly liked the nice selection of drinks available and the excellent food.

Cons:

The shower was rather small, but perhaps other rooms would be better.

There was black mould on the bedroom wall, no staff available Sunday morning when we needed to get back in as we lost something.

Pros:

Nice room. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Room was quite hot, no Aircon and couldn't open a window.
Also only food in the restaurant was Thai, oh and a burger, but no traditional pub food which I hadn't realised when I booked.

Spotless room comfy stay
Pros:

Very nice old pub plenty of seating in the building and plenty of tables and chairs in the garden . Good choice of drinks at the bar . The staff are lovely very polite and helpful . Had a meal in the Thai restaurant food was amazing cooked just right and tasted lovely . Also stayed over night the room was a good size big bed and comfy and the pillows were comfy for me . Room was very clean . Bathroom was compact but big enough and the shower was big enough for me and I’m not small . Good size car park also . Over all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay can’t wait to visit again .

Pros:

Ticked the box. Comfortable room, clean. Comfy bed. Easy carp parking. Good food available

Cons:

Would have liked nicer towels- early grey tea on tray.
Was unsure where to leave the key when I vacated room as pub closed. - all easily remedied

Pros:

The room was very clean and large .
Staff friendly and the food was very good.

Cons:

Booked to stay in a pub for my birthday so that we could both have a drink to celebrate, very disappointed to be told at 9.30pm that the bar was closed. Nothing else close enough to go to.
The shower was very slippery needs to supply a shower mat.

Long weekend in July
Pros:

It was really easy to book and everyonewas really lovely. The food was superb.
Our family room was really comfortable and clean.

Cons:

There was only one key which made it tricky if we wanted to go out separately and the rooms weren't serviced in-between.
