Full of drug addicts. Disgusting rooms and completely unsafe. Customer service is terrible. Still waiting for my refund as refused to stay
I never stayed because when I payed for it they had some hidden information there quick enough to take your money but once you have paid then the send you a message saying they want all credit card details including the last 3 digits just incase there is any damage. Even tho I looked through a room window an it looks like a bomb had gone off I did cancel an even tho I had just paid £46 they wanted a £45 cancellation fee on top
As I said above they take your money an then send you a self check in message an before you get your room code they say they want full credit card details including security 3 digits incase people damage a there room. Even tho I looked through a window an there already wrecked. An there are drug users stating there. The rooms are disgusting the reception area is disgusting there was an Indian women who never spoke a word of English the contact numbers were not working an i seen bugs all over. Do not be scammed by this hotel

They charge outrageously for a small shared apartment that is worth less than 10 pounds. Only one bathroom for 10 rooms. And you have to come downstairs to take a shower. They try to coarse you into giving them a good review so that others will fall into their trap.
Charge less because even a great hotels with dedicated and clean rooms and toilets charge a bit less than 40 pounds. But here, they charge you outrageously without giving any value for money. Infact, let them turn Longlands hotel to a hostel instead of a hotel
